  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice neighborhood. 15 miles from Orlando parks but not a problem. I4 was quick and easy. Also, only an hour from Tampa and ocean.House was sufficient, nothing fancy but adequate. probably needs re-carpeting soon. pool and hot tub great. Enjoyed our time.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. I did have to call the management company a couple times because there was not a sign stating when to have garbage out and the door alarms to the pool did not work correctly, which was very annoying. I was told they would send someone to take a look at it but noone ever showed up. When I did call I had to talk to the answering service because of the weekend and they would have to send a message to the management which took a while to get a call back. The pool was not very clean either. I wish someone would meet you when you get there to go over everything on how it works. We couldn't even check in an hour earlier than expected either, which was kindof upsetting, so we just had to wait. I did like the house, just would like to see some changes and I would stay again.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation property was well maintained. My grandchildren loved Disney, but would have enjoyed extra time in the home's spa and pool! I would have preferred being nearer to the Disney park but all other amenities were located conveniently nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation was perfect thanks to the lovely home we stayed in. I have rented homes for the past 18 years in Florida and other locations and this home was one of my favorites and will probably revisit in the future. I would like to make only one sugguestion and that would be to have some safety deadbolt/locks on the interior side of the doors similar to a hotel. Not sure I would have felt safe if I was traveling without my husband. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay in Davenport. Karen Portell
