'BEST VIEW' BRAND NEW 3/3 OCEANFRONT CONDO, ON THE FOURTH FLOOR CORNER UNIT (#402). Elegantly decorated, yet comfortable. As soon as you walk in, you will immediately relax in the beautiful surroundings. The unit is a direct oceanfront, offering the best view of the beach from practically every room. You can watch Dolphins play in the water, pelicans fly by or just enjoy the beautiful waves. We are located at the end of the 'drive on' beach and immediately next door (to the south) is the 'no drive beach.' You have the 'best of both beaches'.
Go to sleep each night listening to the ocean surf. Sanibel is located on a small peninsula of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. You can watch the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony, and you can watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the balcony or from inside the condo.
This new condo is beyond your expectations. The split floor plan is huge with 2207 square feet of luxury. The living room has a 52' flat screen LCD TV with DVD. The unit has a media room with a 40' flat screen LCD TV, and a large wraparound couch for the kids to kick back and relax while watching a movie. The kitchen features brand new state of the art black appliances with beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops.
The condo has wood floor tile and carpet throughout; the foyer, hallway, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and laundry room have new wood floor tile, and the bedrooms have carpet. The laundry room is furnished with a large washer/dryer stacked unit, ironing board and full linen closet. Each room in the condo contains beautiful ceiling fans, and custom blinds and drapery. You have access to high speed WIFI internet so bring your laptop and sit out on the balcony and relax. Our unit includes all the comforts of home and is equipped with everything you need from silverware to linens.
The Master Suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for an amazing oceanfront view. It has a king-size bed and a 37' flat screen LCD TV. The adjoining bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub with extra large tiled shower. There are double sinks with granite countertops, private toilet room and large walk-in closet.
The Second Bedroom is a smaller master suite with a queen size bed, flat screen LCD TV, large walk-in closet, with an exterior window with ocean views. It also has its own private beautifully decorated bathroom.
The Third Bedroom is spacious as well, with a bunk bed that has a single bed on the top and a double bed on the bottom AND a double size trundle bed pullout, which sleeps (5) in just this room alone! There is a walk-in closet, exterior window with ocean views, flat screen LCD TV, and it has its own full-size bath in the hall with double sinks.
There is a parking space in the garage near the elevator when you unload. There is additional parking in front of the building.
The building is brand new so everything is fresh and clean; there are only 65 units in the building so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, full kitchen and bar, pool table, card tables and a flat screen TV. There is plenty to do including golf cart, ATV and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals across the street. There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south.
You can stroll to the local pier for breakfast, lunch, dinner, relaxation or fishing. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing, etc.
Our condo is family owned and we pride ourselves in having the best of everything. This will guarantee that you will return to our place year after year!

Our family of four enjoyed this outstanding condo rental immensely! We loved the views from the balcony, master suite and kitchen table at morning, noon and night. Out of the many condos that we have rented in Florida and other states, this is by far our favorite. We are picky travelers and we have no complaints about this location and this specific rental. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing all of our meals at home ( going out with a 2- and 4- year old is not ideal!). The master suite was gorgeous and the bed very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk bed and having their very own space to chill out in the media area. Happy hour on the balcony each afternoon was perfect! The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Each day we walked only a few yards from the end of the beach access ramp to the non- driving section of the beach for relaxing and playing. We would highly recommend this outstanding condo location and this specific unit for its spectacular view, proximity to stores and beach access. We look forward to renting again in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I've been coming to Daytona for my entire life and this was the best placed I've stayed at thus far. The condo looked exactly like it was portrayed in the photos, but I wasn't expecting it to be so incredibly clean and well-stocked!! It was truly the perfect place to relax during our vacation. It felt like home! The owners were very helpful and made sure that our stay was perfect. I definitely recommend this place to others. I can't wait to come back and stay again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This condo is just perfect! We have stayed in several 3 bedroom condos over the years and this is one of our favorites. It is so comfortable and has everything you need. They even provided trash bags, toilet paper and dish detergent. The only thing they don't provide is beach chairs, coolers, etc. The pictures of this unit don't do it justice, it's even prettier in person. The corner unit view is amazing and the condo is huge! The condo building has code entry locks at all the entrances so you feel very safe. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We would highly recommend this condo. It had a perfect set up for two families of four (kids ages ranged from 10-15). We set up our beach chairs and umbrellas on the no drive beach each day and enjoyed walking to the pier for several casual, but delicious meals--including an amazing breakfast. The condo was very well stocked, clean, and the view was amazing. We watched most sunrises and all of the sunsets on our stay and spent many evenings sharing stories on the balcony. The children enjoyed renting a surf board from MadDog surf shop, going to Daytona Lagoon waterpark in Daytona Beach, visiting the Marine Science Museum in Ponce Inlet, and playing miniature golf at the Pirates Island Mini-golf nearby. It was a very relaxing, laid back, and enjoyable vacation for our busy family. We hope to return to this little slice of paradise in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We sooo enjoyed being at this condo; it had all we could wish for and more. it is spacious and quiet and provided great space for us. Even the neighbors we 'bumped ' into were very pleasant. The terrace was a great place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. While there were many restaurants nearby a car is a must. We just loved driving on the beach and did not find the 'sand traffic' at all noisy or disruptive. Crabby Joe's is a must. Broken Egg best breakfast. Nearby Kennedy Space Center surprisingly fun and interesting. Excellent for kidsRecommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children.

I have stayed in many beach condos everywhere in Florida for the past few years. This condo was absolutely amazing!!! It was so beautifully decorated, so comfy, and so well represented in all the photos on-line. We loved the space, the great split plan and the gorgeous master suite with a gorgeous view from the bedroom/livingroom (including an extremely large master bath). The wrap around views were awesome, even watching the storms come and go during our stay. Due to some of the powerful storms while we were there we were very happy to have a life guard right in front of the condo. The driving part of the beach was not an issue at all, and if it would have been, we could have easily walked to the next condo to avoid the traffic. Though my personal challenge has been to conquer all the great beaches in Florida, I may just return to this one.... (and btw this was the first time I have reviewed one of the condos I have rented and that is saying something) ENJOY your stay at this condo!!!!Did you find this review helpful? My family and I vacation in Daytona Beach every year and this is, BY FAR, the nicest and most comfortable place we've ever chosen. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a vacation spot on Daytona Beach. The condo is even nicer in person than in the photos. And for me being a clean freak, I couldn't have been happier to find the place was immaculate and very, very clean! I can't say enough! The inside of this unit was so NICE. Great for kids and adults. Furniture and TV's were of top quality. I highly recommend for large familys to rent this unit.
