This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath house on very quiet Dauphin Island. It is a new construction completed this August(2010). It is complete with the finest amenities including all new appliances from top to bottom. It has direct waterfront access with docking for your boat and all your fishing needs. There is a vast array of wildlife including one of the largest subtropical bird migrations around. This is a perfect getaway for a vacation or to spend your winter months. It's perfect for fisherman, beachgoers, and birders alike and is very family friendly. No traffic and crowded beaches! There are several good seafood restaurants and a grocerie store on the island. There's also an array of activities for the whole family including dolphin tours, charter fishing, The South Alabama Sea Lab and Estuarium, historic Fort Gaines, Bird sanctuaries and viewing areas throughout the island, Indian Mound Park, etc.. This is a great way to enjoy the beach and island living without all the crowds and has some of the best sunsets on the Gulf Coast!

My family spent a wonderful week here in July. This house was the perfect excape from the everyday rush. We were able to dock our boat behind the house, this made life so easy! Bre was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions in lightening quick time!! We will be back next year to unwind before school starts again! The pictures do not do this house justice, it exceeded all of our expectations! Clean and comfortable, with everthing we needed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My wife and I, and some other extended family stayed in this home for a week. It was immaculately kept, and every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. Many places we've stayed aren't nearly as nice as the pics make them out to be, but this is NOT one of those places. If anything, this home was much nicer than advertised! The owner was VERY pleasant to deal with, and answered every question promptly and completely. We weren't supposed to arrive until Sunday, but the guest staying before us left early and the owner contacted us and let us come in a day early! Who does that? The wonderful owner of this house, that's who! Five stars isn't enough for this wonderful property!!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
