This beautiful home is close to all shopping, site seeing, winter and summer activities that Lake Tahoe has to offer! This home is 3-stories tall. You and your family have the two Upper levels. From the large wrap-around deck, you have expansive, quiet views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. As you walk through the door, the main level has a warm cozy open living room with leather sofa, love seat and chair. Flat screen LCD TV with DVD is here and we have left a few movies for you to watch while you relax after a fun filled day of activities. Dining is just as comfortable for four as it is for 8 since our square table expands for your dining convenience. Our kitchen offers plenty of room for you to mingle around and help whomever is cooking. We have tried our best to make sure that you have every available pot/pan/cooker that you may need. While you are cooking, the kitchen fold down LCD tv/dvd/Fm radio makes it nice to watch a program or check the local ski report!
At this level, you will also find the Master with it's own bathroom. There is a huge laundry room with plenty of extra towels and linens as well as a washer and dryer. Down the hall, you will find two other bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin mattress on the top and a double mattress on the bottom. Upstairs has a beautiful indoor widows-walk that takes you to the upper balcony. The perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the sun set on the snowy mountains. Also on this level you will find an extra bedroom that has a futon and plenty of room for the kids to lounge around in and watch TV or movies while the adults are downstairs in the living room. You have full access to the main floor and loft bedroom. (2 of the 3 levels) We have ON-SITE managers that can open the house for late night or early morning arrivals, we can warm up the house and freshen up everything before you get here! Nice and Cozy!
Winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling are all close by. We are 10 minutes from the Hyatt Hotel and Casino which offers gaming, entertainment, and a full spa with massages. The Reno Airport is 45 minutes away if flying in suits you. A first run movie theater, bowling alley, video rental, shopping, and great restaurants are minutes away.
During the summer months, the Mountain Golf course is a mere seven minutes drive away. We are just minutes from the lake and staying here gives you access to your choice of two private beaches (one even has two swimming pools- adult and kiddie).

Cozy cabin for the whole family. Well appointed and clean. Close to Diamond Peak and Mt Rose. Fantastic snow this year. Great views from both decks. Only downer was that the driveway is a bit steep and snowy. AWD van with chains couldn't make it up to the garage so there was a short walk at the end of each exhausting ski day. Overall a great vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: I'm so glad that you enjoyed yourselves. Yes, the ice and snow in Incline Village makes the roads (and our driveway) a bit hard to manuever but I'm glad to see that you were able to make the best of it!

This place is even better than the pictures and descriptions. I came with a group of 12 people and we all slept comfortably even though the descriptions says it sleeps 10 (a few people crashed on the nicely carpeted floor and on the couches) and they woke up feeling great. The kitchen had everything we needed when cooking. The beds felt like clouds. I woke up thinking that I was home in my own bed! This house has plenty of EVERYTHING. It really felt like a home and it's coziness just made it all the better. I can't really pinpoint my favorite thing about this house but the 2 balconies are pretty breathtaking. Lastly, the caretakers who live on the first floor were very hospitable. We were very loud this one night and they asked us nicely to keep the noise down. The next evening before we left, they said, "sorry we had to cut your party short." Now WE should've been the ones who were sorry because we were a disturbance. They were too nice! My friends and I enjoyed this place so much that we've decided to make this an annual trip!Owner response: We are so glad that you enjoyed yourselves!
