2 queen beds, one queen sleeping couch, maximum occupancy 8 persons. Private condominiums with 24 hr security. Kitchen and two bathrooms. Beautiful view and large pool area for the kids. For more pictures inside the apartment, please contact me, I have plenty of them.
There is no restaurant at premises but there are plenty of them within walking distance. For those that don't mind making their own meals, large supermarket across the highway has everything you need from pharmaceuticals and electronics to food and adult beverages. Kitchen has all the basic necessities for cooking and we also have a charcoal grill available.
Our neighbors are major hotels that provide full beach activities for all ages; parasailing, jetskis, banana rides, kayaks, massage services and more. For transportation, taxi stations are half a block from the front entrance and the security is happy to arrange one for you. Bus stops are across the street from the entrance and go all the way to downtown Puerto Vallarta and also Bucerias if you want to experience a relaxed local lifestyle.

Here is my honest review: Ill say this first. Overall, I very much enjoyed our time there. I will be as candid as I possibly can. When we got there, it was a little weird that there were almost zero humans at the condo. Only people we saw for at least the first 3 days were workers, no guests. Kind of "too" quiet if you know what I mean. The condo itself is nice. AC gets cold, but not real hot. Forget hot water, you will be taking luke warm showers. beds are comfortable. I would recommend taking a few extra towels especially if you are staying more than a few days. The condo itself is quite a drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Like 20-25 mins depending on traffic, but Sergio drove us around the whole time. Very informative, took us to a lot of good places, and everything was a blast. We did a cruise, with snorkeling, and a hike in to the mountains, for like $30 US per person, and we also did some dune buggys. Was perfect cause it was raining and bud was flying everywhere! Overall, I would recommenced it. Listen to someone you trust about where to go/not to go. Shopping is good, but you will always be able to haggle to at least HALF of the original asking price. Condo was clean and everything was white with beautiful marble and the kitchen was adaquate. Gorgeous flowers and beautiful gardening, I could take lessons The pools are great and you share with the birds, they were a very entertaining. Peaceful, quiet setting Extremely safe and felt well guarded All security and staff were friendly and helpful Half the people in PV must be a taxi or bus driver, all transportation easily accessible Were introduced to the two greatest personal guides anyone could ask for. Oscar and Sergio, both well spoken and nice young men My daughter and I went on the bus on two different occasions by ourselves and felt totally safe and the drivers even help you with where to get off.”No Problem” seemed to be their favorite saying Nearest grocery/everything store was the Mega Mart but PV offers a Super Wal-Mart The most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen. We made sure we were out somewhere for the sunsets WOW!!! INCREDIBLE….. The repeatious street vendors are somewhat annoying, but we had to remind ourselves this was their way for making a living. Always the second No Thank you was enough for them to move on. Don’t be afraid to eat from some street food vendors with the help of Oscar and Sergio we found their family members, which became our favorites. Especially the tacos @ Sergio’s sister’s stand, and the hot dogs and hamburgers at a friend’s stand. The candy man near the big Cathedral in the Centro. A must see : While in the Centro the boardwalk on the beach @ Centro and all the bronze statues Must go: The El Dorado restaurant on the beach in Puerto De Mitta the cheapest best place to barter for souvenirs. Make reservations at Le Kliff restaurant for your last evening meal and enjoy the Sunset..Over the Pacific the Memory will last forever………Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3
