Description of the house: A quiet secure dream holiday house that offers a large modern house featuring a large spacious deck, open air veranda, shaded sitting area and pool with a 'prainha'. This modern house (built in 2011) offers accommodation in two private and separate suites with queen beds, with common kitchen, dining and living area. This house can be rented by the room or as a complete unit. It also has a third private self contained suite with its’ own kitchen and living room. All rooms in this house are air conditioned. The house has been designed for comfort and relaxation, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, on the front of the dining and living room that looks out over a beautiful deck and swimming pool. There is a shaded games/ BBQ area with a wet bar and fridge at one end of the pool. The house is situated in a secure closed condominium with a cool gentle breeze blowing through the palm trees. The beaches and the Quadrado are just a few minutes away.
With indoor and outdoor lounges, a modern fully-stocked kitchen, fruit trees in the garden and spacious pool that includes a shallow sunning area, it is a dream holiday house that is perfect for honeymooners or a family. The house is decorated with beautiful exotic hard woods, exotic wood dining table, wooden furniture and wood floors custom build by local craftsmen and artists. The house also offers a relaxing sauna steam room just off the pool. The house comes complete with all of the entertainment and communications link-ups of a modern luxury hotel.

This is a wonderful house, it is new, everything was exactly like the pictures, it is clean and peaceful. Ideal for a family. The owners are knowledgable and speak 7 languages, which makes life so easy. Anything you want they can get for you. They even hosted a big BBQ for us, WOW that was nice. We liked that we could easily go to the beach during the day and then spend time around the pool in the afternoon and evening. The Steam sauna was a great way to relax, what a good idea, I did not expect to find this in Bahia. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this to our friends.
