  Our 3-adult party had oodles of space in this three-bedroom condo. The kitchen has everything we needed, and more. The condo is comfortably furnished throughout. The view from the master bedroom and living room is spectacular. The location is excellent -- near to the National Park and to town and to just about everything else. The weather during our early September stay was perfect -- cool evenings and pleasant days. Would I recommend this condo? Yes, indeed.

  We thoroughly enjoyed this home! It was totally private and quiet, the kids loved the big TV, our beds/bedrooms were super-comfortable, and the whole place was pristine clean. We had easy access to RMNP and the town of Estes Park. The day that my husband and son set out early to hike Long's Peak (3 am), my daughter and I took a leisurely walk later on down to the end of the condo road and picked up a free shuttle across the street that took us into Estes Park in about ten minutes. Very convenient if you have only one car. We thoroughly enjoyed this spot!

  Four of us stayed in this condo for a week. We hiked in the Rockies each day. The condo is centrally located for RMNP. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The listing pictures are accurate. The owners were easy to work with. I'd recommend this condo to everyone.

  I can't say enough postive things about our stay in the townhome, our family loved it. Don and Ann were great to work with and the whole experience was outstanding. Tremendous views and all the amenities of home. Can't beat the location - so close to the park. We did a large amount of research on options of where to stay and I can say without reservation we would recommend this to our family and friends. If we are lucky enough to return to Estes Park on another vacation, this would be our fist call to see if it was available! Thank you!

  Our family stayed five nights in this vacation home in mid-September and had a wonderful time. It is a great property and we were very pleased we were able to rent it! We travelled with our adult children so it was nice to have so much space for everyone to spread out yet nice space to spend time together. It has a wonderful location close to town with nice restaurants and to the park for great hiking. Everything is even better than described! We saw lots of wild life from the balconies--even a bear! The owner, Ann, was so easy to contact and work with. We have rented often from VRBO and this was a great experience. Very clean and everything was provided and beautiful. You couldn't ask for more!   My friends and I stayed here during the Highlands Festival in 2011 and it was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of room for 3 couples and the townhome was spacious, homey, and beautiful! It was reasonably priced for the season and the amenities. Ann was wonderful to work with and they even sent a Christmas card at the end of the year! We will definitely try to stay again!

  We had a great time in Estes Park. The condo was very well maintained and comfortable. Don and Ann have anticipated many of the needs of their guests. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, it was very comfortable for the six of us. It was nice to be able to sit down together for dinner after a long day of sight seeing and hiking. The view from the balcony is wonderful and is a great place to relax. Having WiFi was nice to catch up on emails. I would definitely rent again. Thanks for everything.

  We stayed here for a week in August 2011 and enjoyed every minute. The townhouse is everything described in the listing and more. Clean and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen and lots of room for guests to gather or have their own space. The owners were very cooperative and easy to deal with. The townhouse is in a convenient location for Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park. We saw two deer behind the townhouse on our last evening. We would recommend this townhouse to anyone who wanted to stay in the area and hope to be able to go back some time in the near future.

  Just stayed at this location for a summer hiking vacation. The description and pictures were very accurate. The townhome was clean and well maintained. In general we were very satisfied. Our only gripe was that there is no A/C, and during our stay in August, the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm. I would imagine this is a rare occurance.

  Owner response: Thank you for your feedback! You are correct! Yes, we had some unusually warm weather for this time of year a couple weeks back. None of the 12 townhomes built on the mountain have air conditioning. We have large standing fans in the bedrooms, but if you were out hiking and the townhome was closed up during the day, we could see how it might be hard for the heat to escape. We have always enjoyed how it cools off nicely during the night. We have also noticed a large number of guests using the fireplaces this year...go figure! Thanks again for your input!

  As we walked in we felt like we were Ann & Don's guest at their own home. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with amenities so we didn't have to go shopping for spices, oil, detergents, etc. There was even wine on the wine rack! The master bedroom was like a resort in itself--with a nice sitting room, fireplace & TV. Our family was very comfortable staying here. The main reason we rented from Ann & Don was because they allowed us to rent from Thursday to Tuesday. This allowed our grown children to come up for the weekend. Most other renters would only rent for the week (Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun). The location was very convenient to Rocky Mountain NP & Estes Park (shopping & restaurants). Having a garage to park in with a garage door opener was a very nice addition. That made coming and going so easy. Having WiFi was a life saver for my husband who had to do some unexpected work (while on vacation!)

  This beautifully and thoughtfully decorated house was all a traveling family could wish for! It was clean , spacious and well organized! We (our 3 boys and us) enjoyed our stay immensely. The Wi Fi was a big plus! The proximity to the trails/hiking, convenience of grocery shopping near by and the comfortable home made our stay truly enjoyable and easy! And yes, yes, the deer and elks walking in the back yard ... was a bonus! THANK YOU! We will be back!

  Wonderful place!! Plenty of room and close to both RMNP and Estes Park. Elk and deer in the neighborhood almost every day and night. Good beds, clean house, well appointed kitchen...everything you need when you're away from home!!

  This beautiful townhome is backed on two sides by wooded hills and includes great views offered by four decks and large windows. It is in a quiet location yet very close to Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. Our family of six adults all had private space, while the family room, kitchen and dining room were inviting for gathering together. All amenities and basic housekeeping supplies are there for your use. Ann & Don were a dream to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Elk, mule deer, big-horned sheep, plus other small animals were seen every day. A herd of deer came to graze outside the townhome at dusk...what a treat to watch!

  We based a family reunion on my nieces local high school graduation and stayed here for 5 days. Everyone from my foilks to grandkids really enoyed themselves. From the up close and personal wildlife to the very comfortable accomodations this trip was a real hit. The house was perfect and Estes Park is awesome.

  Very nice unit, very nicely decorated - felt more like home than a hotel. The attached garage was really great - it snowed during our visit, and I never had to scrape the windshield. Couldn't have asked for it to be cleaner or better maintained.

  Just in time to see the fall colors in early October 2010, thinking that was the bonus of this trip, but actually, the accomodations of this condo were equally fabulous! The minute you walk in you feel completely at home. There is plenty of space to ensure privacy on any level and every inch of the home is spotless. It is easy to get to and very convenient to downtown or the park entrance; yet secluded enough to provide complete peace and quiet. I would definitely recommend this to couples and/or families.
