This cozy, comfortable condo is perfect for families. It has a wonderful feeling of home, with fantastic cross-breezes created by the trade winds and the position of the condo.
This is a quiet and cool Plantation unit for those who prefer the trade winds to air conditioning (although we do have central a/c in the master bedroom and main living area).
The position of the condo directly across from the pool waterfall creates a unique acoustic effect and the soothing sounds of water are amplified throughout the condo. This is especially true of the lanai and master bedroom, creating the makings of a great night’s sleep.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the master and second bedrooms being en-suite. The mattresses are high quality and get great reviews from our guests. The sheets are high thread count and 100% cotton – perfect for tropical conditions. As well, the towels are thick cotton towels from the Hotel Collection at Macy’s. There is a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request at no additional charge.
In the kitchen you will find ample cooking utensils, stainless steal cookware, and stoneware dishes. The dining area has a rosewood table with four chairs, and there are three stools along the kitchen counter. The covered lanai has a large table with six comfortable chairs. If you rent bicycles or surf boards while on vacation our garage parking offers a secure place to store these items. The owners have provided beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and coolers for your use.

Great condo, very clean, everything you would want/need for the beach/pool was provided. Would definitely stay here again. My favourite part was the condo resort pool & hot tub - complete with waterfall. One of the best condo stays that we've had! Didn't want to leave! Mahalo!Did you find this review helpful? Three couples shared this condo for a week. We had a great time and the location to the beaches was an easy drive. The condo was spacious and we enjoyed eating on the lani. This is a great place to stay on Kauai. My Wife, myself,and our four daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Plantation at Princeville. i rented 2 condo's for me and my family, it was more beautiful than the web sight. and the people who were our neighbors were fantastic. we had a wonderful time. for several members it was there first time in hawaii. i was so thankful i had taken the time to check-out the pictures. i am trying to get other family members to come back in 2010-2011. thank you for a wonderful vacation home. mrs. maxwellDid you find this review helpful?
