We are situated just 25 minutes scenic drive north of Cairns at Clifton Beach.

There is supermarket located at Clifton Village in Clifton Beach. You can walk along the beach to Palm Cove it will take between 20-40mins. There is a cafe/bar/restaurant in Clifton Beach within walking distance.

Clifton Beach is a peaceful, relaxing and extremely scenic location.

The property is located just 250 metres from Clifton Beach, the beach does not become congested as many other beaches tend to become.

Within a minute you can be in the action of Palm Cove.

Clifton Beach is only a stones throw from the village of Palm Cove, which is one of the premier beaches of Far North Queensland

The Christmas period is charged at high season rates and is from Dec until Jan and there is a 7 night minimum stay.

There is also a two week high season rate during the Easter Holidays.
