Located in the beautiful 24 hours gated golf community of Southern Dunes, this 2 story south facing pool home offers gorgeous views on the golf. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is fully equiped with free WIFI, a heated pool, bbq grill, TVs in each of the bedroom, 2 DVD players, complete cookware including a crockpot, unlimited free international calls, etc. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a large private bathroom as well as a walk in closet. The second floor also has one room with a double and twin size bed (sleeps 3) and another bedroom with a full-twin size mattress bunk bed with a trundle bed (sleeps up to 4). On the ground floor you will enjoy the ceramic tile all throughout and the nice views on the golf course. Whether you come for a romantic stay or you are two families, you will find the house is just the right size for you to enjoy your vacation and relax. The house sleeps confortably 10 people and you can use 2 spare twin size mattresses to sleep 2 additional people.The house is located less than 2 miles from Walmart. You can enjoy the quiet location while being close to everything and in the middle of all parks (legoland, disney, universal etc). The southern Dunes is ranked in the top best golfs in Florida. We are canadians, so we accept payments in USD, CND. We purchased the house in July 2012 and just started renting it directly in 2013 that is why we didn't get many reviews yet. We are confident that house is probably one of the best if not the best you can rent in Southern Dunes for the price!

FRANCAIS: Située dans le superbe quartier securisé 24 heures du golf de Southern Dunes, cette maison de 2 étages ayant une piscine privée située au sud offre de superbes vues sur le golf. La maison possède 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain et est pleinement équipée avec le chauffe piscine, bbq, TV dans chaque chambre, chaise haute pour bébé, lecteur, connection WIFI, set de cuisine complet incluant un crockpot, 2 lecteurs dvd etc. La maison peut coucher confortablement 10 personnes avec 1 chambre des maîtres qui comporte un lit king, une chambre avec lit queen au rez de chaussée ainsi que 2 autres chambres,une ayant un lit double et lit simple (couche 3) et l'autre avec un lit superposé ayant un matelas double et lit simple et tiroir-lit simple (couche 4) . De plus deux matelas simples supplémentaires sont disponibles pour y coucher 2 personnes additionnelles. Au rez de chaussée, vous apprécierai le plancher de céramique et la superbe vue sur le golf à partir de la cuisine et salle à manger. La grande chambre des maitres du 2e étage possède une grande salle de bain et un grand garde robe. Que ce soit pour une séjour romantique ou avec la famille, vous apprécierez la proximité de tous les parcs incluant Legoland et la possibilité de jouer le superbe golf de Southern Dunes. Vous pourrez également utiliser le golf pour vous stationner à votre guise. La maison est située moins de 2km du Walmart ouvert 24 heures. Perfect location for a guy's golf trip. We played 11 rounds in 7 days most were on the very impressive Southern Dunes course just outside our door with an easy drive to the other great courses in Central Florida. Nice layout, clean and updated appliances and a nice barbeque for the big steak dinner event. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, now it's sadly back to work.

My family loved this home. The location was perfect for us. A Super Walmart just around the corner and only a short drive to the parks. All highway driving. The house itself backs on to the golf course. You can sit on the pool deck and watch the golfers go by. The community is very safe. There is a guard on duty 24/7. The house was very clean and the layout good for a family or couples traveling together. The owner Julie is fabulous. She was always there when I had questions before, during and after our visit. We had no worries during our visit and that is always great when you are on vacation. I would recommend this home. I know the next time we visit Florida, I will check with Julie to see if the home is available. I will give this home a 5 out of 5. Great Home, location and owner. The Johnson Family

We just returned from a week of golf in Orlando. We rented this House in Haines City and we are not disappointed. The House was perfect for the situation. We were 4 guys on golf holiday and the house is < < a chip > > from the golf course Southern Dunes, a very beautiful Orlando area golf course. The House was very clean, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen. In addition the house is equipped with virtually new appliances; ideal for our golf group. The property is located in the gated community of Southern Dunes. A < < Super Wal-Mart > > is within walking distance from the house. The service offered by the owner, Julie, was 5-star. Following our discussion, she promptly sent me the contract and was always available to answer our questions. I would recommend this house for groups of 4 to 8 people, two couples, two families of 4 or even a couple who wants a quiet week near a golf course. The service and the house were excellent and I will definitely return. In conclusion, we were very satisfied and we would give it a 5 star rating. Nous revenons d'une semaine de golf à Orlando. La maison est située dans une communauté sécurisée de Southern Dunes à distance de marche d’un <<Super Wal-Mart>>. Le service offert par la propriétaire, Julie, était 5 étoiles. Suite à une discussion, elle m’a fait parvenir le contrat et elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommanderais cette maison à des groupes de 4 à 8 personnes, deux couples, deux familles de 4 personnes ou même à un couple qui veut une semaine tranquille en amoureux. Le service et la maison était excellent et je vais définitivement retourner. En conclusion, nous avons été très satisfaits et nous donnerions 5 étoiles.

I really enjoyed your home! Upon our arrival, the smell, the household very well done, and all the little touches to feel welcome, it was perfect! What about the master bedroom, so spacious and the bedroom suite where the morning sun makes you want to get up! And the temperature of the pool was perfect! The quiet location and the beauty of golf added to our well-being! We will surely return and advise our friends! Lucie

Everything is true! The house is great, everything you will need is there. It is very central so close to all attractions and half way between both coasts. Shopping is at the gate. Lots to do and see. Management is close and very friendly, if you have a question or problem will be there to help out. Pool is very refreshing on a hot day. We are leaving in two days, our month is up, so sad. But it was great, would come back anytime. Thanks Julie.
