View wildlife right out your door. This luxury mountain condo comfortably sleeps 4-8 people, offers (2) master baths complete with jacuzzi tubs on each of two levels. Additionally, the living areas each have gas fireplaces (2), a 52' large screen HD TV on A level and a 27' TV on the B level with a PlayStation 2 game system.
In the winter bring along the sleds & sled directly behind the condo at Alpine Park. ***A/C Installed for your summer vacation comfort. The property has 3 pools: 2 outdoor, 1 indoor. For those needing to keep in touch with work or family we have Wi-Fi available for your use!
So Much to Do at the Resort!
One outdoor pool and the jacuzzi are heated and open all winter (swim under the snowflakes), Enjoy nightly bonfires year round & children's entertainment during summer months (clowns, magicians, etc.), rowboats, arcade, tennis, basketball, horseshoe pit, playground, ice skating and cross-country skiing. The family will never be bored! Our unit can be rented with both levels (2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 baths - approx. 1600 Sq Ft) ideal for 2 families to each stay on one level and have privacy yet be together.

We had a wonderful stay at John & Cindy's condo. It is beautiful and tastefully decorated and the view from the balcony is spectacular.You will find everything you could possible need in their home. And without you feeling like everyone is on top of each other it will comfortably host 2 families. We found that the area offers so much to do for families with children and we will be back for more next year. There was constant and lots of excitement as our children were constantly on the lookout for bear, but to their disappointment we never spotted any, but next year might be a different story to tell.. We had such a wonderful time at your condo in Nordic Village. This was for a girl's weekend with a surprise snow storm in October. Everything we needed was available in the condo and we were all extremely comfortable. The views were outstanding. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and hot tub with the snow on the ground. We did some cooking and also enjoyed the nearby restaurants. We also did some hiking and the outlet shopping. We all plan to come back again and rent your unit. Also the staff at Nordic Village was extremely helpful. The condo was shoveled out before we got up in the morning and a maintenance man helped us with the windshield wiper fluid and helping us brush off our cars.

Our family was so excited to share this vacation together. The details sounded perfect, 2 fireplaces and room for 8 people. If it sounds to good to be true, well the upstairs couch was broken and couldn't be used, the toaster was broken, the upstairs bathroom sink was clogged and the washer was broken plus we got an e-mail at 3:30 p.m. as we were on our way (check in is at 4) saying both fireplaces were broken and not to use them. We felt disappointed but then when we read the guest book from other renters they talked about all the same things that were wrong 4 weeks earlier! The owners never told us about any of these things and we reserved this condo in October!! The other kick in the teeth was when another couple showed up on New Year's Day and said they had rented it and our check out wasn't until the next day. One of the owners called and left a message on our cell asking what was up and did we have a contract with the other owner(husband & wife team) my husband called her back and left a message and we had no response. We then e-mailed the same contract that they had us sign and return with our advance payment saying we had the condo from 12-29-2011 to 1-2-2012 . Our checks were cashed with no problems so since New Years we have tried to contact the owners about what happened but we have not heard back from them. I've been wanting to write to you and thank you for a wonderful stay at your condo. We were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped it was and and we were thrilled with the views. We didn't leave the condo until afternoon on Saturday as we were enjoying a fire and views and had a difficult time dragging ourselves out to town. Cindy, I want to thank you, you were very helpful in suggesting a nice dinner place and were so responsive to our questions. We will be returning as I'm sure many of our friends and family will. Thanks for a wonderful stay and allowing us to make some great memories with our extended family that we only see once a year. The condo had everything that we needed and then some and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in the mountains. And did I mention the views? WOW!!!

GREAT place when traveling with teens or more than one family! The place is split into 2 levels each with their own bedroom, living room with fireplace and bath! We found the owners to be very resonsive to our needs before, during and after our stay!

Disappointed in business dealings with owners- have not received our refundable deposit back from our stay this past summer ..... also have not received ANY response to numerous phone calls made to owners for the past 3-4 months! The condo was fine and they were very prompt with dealings to receive their money , but have been avoiding all contact regarding sending us back our deposit money! Would never rent privately owned condo again thanks to this experience......

Cindy and John's condo is in a fabulous location, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. We rented both 'A' and 'B'. (ideal if you are travelling with teenagers!) Nordic Village is beautifully laid out, very scenic views all around. The boys loved the pools and we had a few games of tennis also. The highlight for my 14 yr old was coming face to face with the local bears!!! The condos are spacious and the spa baths in each one are an added bonus. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nordic Village and Cindy and John's condo in particular as an ideal family vacation destination!!
