Del Webb Naples is located in Ave Maria. If peace and quiet are what you're looking for than look no further. A beautiful golf cart friendly community for you to enjoy. Naples is a short 20 minute drive if you want the night life. For those who enjoy the casino it's 10 minutes from home.
The outdoor pool faces west overlooking water and the fifth hole of the Panther Run Golf Club - A 'Gordan Lewis 18 hole championship golf course.
The La Piazza town center of Ave Maria has a Publix grocery store well as a coffee shop, sidewalk cafes, and other unique stores. The 'Catholic Oratory' is a must see. All are welcome for touring. There are parks, tennis courts, children's play area and much more within the community.
Our home is professionally decorated and features 2 bedrooms, a den, and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans and LCD HD T.V.s. The kitchen and living room open to the pool and lanai. The pool area also features a mini outdoor kitchen w/built in gas 'Charbroil' grill.
The 18 hole golf course, managed by 'Troon', is golfer friendly and enjoyed by many. Check out the golf course at - pantherrungolf dot com. To top it off, our piece of paradise includes a Polaris 'Breeze' electric golf cart. Ave maria is a cart friendly town! Use it on the course, take a drive to the shops, restaurants or just enjoy an evening cruise around the community.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at this nice new Del Webb home. Nestled within the new community of Ave Maria that has everything needed for your vacation. Good location for your choice of Golfing, Fishing, and relaxing.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.
