Welcome to our breathtaking penthouse in Shangri-La. Our 5 bedroom, two story, 4000 square foot penthouse features amazing views, opulence of a villa and the convenience of a downtown condo.
This is a luxury, gated, beach front community. The condo is located on floors 15 and 16 of Tower four. Shangri-La offers one of the largest infinity pools, ultimate relaxation, and the most beautiful scenery. It also has a gourmet poolside restaurant and swim up bar serving great food. The property has a state of the art gym on the ocean, a full service spa and tennis courts.
City center is 15 minutes away by taxi or bus.
The private elevator opens up directly into a gorgeous living room, modern in design, with breathtaking panoramic view of the bay and city. The stylish and beautiful living and dining room has a 60" flat panel TV, DVD & CD player. The spacious balcony is furnished very tastefully to allow for gracious entertaining while enjoying the spectacular views.
The condo has 5 bedrooms. Four rooms are ocean view.
1- Master bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, 42" flat panel TV, DVD player, great master bath with oversized jetted whirlpool tub, marble shower, dual basin sink, large walk-in closet and private balcony.
2- Master bedroom 2 (Same as master bedroom 1.)
3- Bedroom 3 has two queen-sized beds, walk-in closet and private bathroom.
4- Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and balcony.
5- Bedroom 5 is located in the back facing the Marina, has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom.
The large laundry room is available with a back door leading to service elevator.
At Shangri-La you have the best of everything. The beach and all the beach activities, seasonal whale watching, and opportunities to see sea turtles and dolphins. Rent a boat taxi to visit the little islands, too.
In the back of the building you will find the Marina and yacht harbor with many restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, boat rentals, day spas and shops.
The Golf course is 2 minutes away.
Puerto Vallarta's main attraction is downtown Malecon with its many nightclubs, restaurants, boutique shops, Historic buildings and the famous Puerto Vallarta church.
