Join the list of those that have found the old vacation beauty and relaxed low cost offering that this totally unique beachfront vacation paradise has to offer with the renting of your vacation condo by my reduced BY OWNER rental rates. Both the beauty of Lake Powell and the Gulf of Mexico are offered at Pinnacle Port. No other condo compound in Panama City Beach can show both the natural shared environment of both lake and gulf with the beach front isolation that we have to offer. Our 1/4 mile sound barrier from hwy 98 and low discounted prime time rates will add to your quality of rest in this west end beach front vacation rental retreat.
To the west our compound is joined by an open and undeveloped state park to Inlet Beach, next to Rosemary Beach at the 30A turnoff, and to the east the beach of Carillon, which shares the gated entry with Pinnacle Port.
As beach offerings are in Panama City Beach we are the beach of yesterday with all the amenities of current expectations and more at low money saving by owner rental rates. Not one but 2 pools and 4 lighted tennis courts for your use. Both male and female saunas with an exercise room are available. Our rentals offer a children's playground and 2 grilling areas. There is a time access computer room, open wireless area, and game room area. For the slower pace there are several shuffle board lanes and horse shoe pits.
Access to Lake Powell by boat ramp and docking is present. Both children and adults enjoy fishing and crabbing from this pier. Both a shaded gazebo and family swings are present as viewing stations.
Our Pinnacle Port 2 bedroom 2 full bath rental is on the fifth floor of the C2 building, the building directly inline with the tennis courts and outdoor pool. This Panama City Beach rental sleeps with 1 king, 2 twins, and a queen sleeper/sofa. Each, of the six, midrise buildings are serviced by an elevator for their seven levels of 4 units each. The beach is just around corner of the 2 bedroom buildings. From the elevator it is about 15 seconds to the white sand beach with no roads, bridges, underpasses, or dunes to separate you from the beach. It is a flat surface. 1026 square feet.
We as private rental owners and Pinnacle Port as rental policy do not rent to individuals less than 25 years of age, and no pets. Families of course are always welcome.

We have been going to Pinnacle Port for years and years and have rented this condo the last couple of times as well as his 3 bedroom unit. Steve is a great person to work with! We love Pinnacle Port because of its unique location, the clean, spacious beach and the condo's amenities. Although we have rented units at Pinnacle Port from others, we prefer to work with Cheryl and Steve. They take great care in the details. I know I will receive the unit's keys in advance of the trip, along with detailed instructions about use of the unit and a tip sheet of local recommendations. Our family has rented the 2-bedroom and the 3 bedroom units and both have been clean and appointed as promised. We have made some wonderful family memories during our vacations at Pinnacle Port and look forward to return trips. The Condo was great, the view, the room we had for space. We could not of had better weather. Everything was Great, and we look forward to going back. We were very pleased with this condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Looking out the only thing we saw was the gulf and the condo next door. The property was very well maintained. The condo was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Also, the renters were very nice to deal with.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

My husband and I vacationed at the west end of Panama City Beach at Pinnacle Port with our three children and were very impressed. This was a very unique vacation environment for our family in that there were two beautiful heated pools, security gate, shuffle board, basketball/tennis court, and playground. Of course the beautiful sandy white beaches is where we spent most of the time :-) We were also very glad to be so close to grocery stores and very affordable dinning options. Steve and Cheryl were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us as we planned our stay. Their F.Y.I. information which was included in the key package, was very useful in selecting things to do and places to eat. Steve and Cheryl are VERY enthusiastic about giving advice to make your stay full of wonderful lasting memories. We have experienced spring, summer, and fall and always left with looking forward to our next vacation stay in either their two or three bedroom condo! THIS IS TRULY ONE OF THE BEST VACATION PLACES THAT WE HAVE VISITED. WE HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THE OWNERS ARE WONDERFUL, TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. IT'S VERY FAMILY ORIENTED WITH SOMETHING TO DO FOR EVERYONE. THE CONDO HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY CLEAN WITH EVERYTHING THAT WE NEED. THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFULLY KEPT, AND MAKES A WONDERFUL BACKGROUND FOR PICTURES. PIER PARK IS A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT AFTER A LONG DAY IN THE SUN. THE AREA IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GROCERIES, SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS. WE HOPE TO KEEP COMING BACK FOR YEARS TO COME AND THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE THE CONDO WE RENT. We had a wonderful family vacation staying here at Pinnacle Port. The view was gorgeous from the balcony--the sunsets absolutely breathtaking! The condo was clean and well-maintained, and furnished with all the necessary amenities. We had no problems with our stay, but the owners were very friendly and helpful during the booking process. Pinnacle Port is such a unique place, with nice pools and a long stretch of beautiful beach, quietly tucked on the West end of PCB. It offers a very family-friendly atmosphere, with activities for kids. I felt very safe vacationing with our children here. We will definitely return--hopefully sooner than later!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: First vacationed at the west end of Panama City Beach spring break of 1965. Stayed at the Gulf View which was resold and now gone. It was the last place to stay till Pinnacle Port except for a large motel in the Ramsgate Harbor area that was started in the mid 60s and taken by storm in the mid 70s. Stayed there also and it was a grand place for its day. Served in Army 1967-1969 Married high school sweet heart while in service. Purchased Panama City Beach Fl Pinnacle Port condos 1993--Did Private Condo Rentals By Owners after 2 years Both our children and now grandchildren have vacationed here and are as in love with the area as were we from when we first experienced it in the 60s. Why the Owner Chose Powell Lake:
I believe that Pinnacle Port enjoys one of the most unique settings on the gulf coast and dwarfs any other area of Panama City Beach. The raw beauty and empty beaches framed by both the waters of Powell Lake and the gulf can be overwhelming. I know that there are beautiful deserted islands but not 1/2 mile from 2 full service grocery stores, drug store and several great restaurants to support a vacationing families needs.
