Banderas bay, mountains, enormous infinity pool which over looks the ocean and is complete with a full length wading pool. To your left the curve of the bay of Banderas provides a spectacular city lights view at night. Fireworks can be seen from the balcony almost every night. Peninsula has access to Peninsula shopping center, restaurants , coffee shops, banks...
The downtown area, marina and yacht harbor, gulf course, and restaurants are all within minutes of the Peninsula. The resort has many amenities that includes state of art fitness center, private movie Theater, bar/lounge, steam/sauna room, stunning lobby, and a business /computer center that offers free Internet access.
Condominium is located on the second floor (also have 2 other condominiums similar units available on the 15th and 16th floor) and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are two separate master bedrooms, each with king sized beds, 42 inch flat panel TVs, and their own luxurious bathrooms. The third bedroom features two queen beds and its own bathroom. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children with a queen size bed. The condo has two large balconies with lounge chairs and outdoor dining table. Allowing you to enjoy the spectacular ocean/mountains views from almost every room.
The unit has been professionally decorated with a taste of modern yet comfortable design and most of all the breathtaking Panoramic view of the bay and the city. The custom made living and dining room with 60 inch flat screen , DVD, CD player. Great gourmet kitchen great for entertainment.
The balcony is furnished very tastefully to allow total enjoyment of the most beautiful sunset, relaxation, and entertainment.
The unit includes maid service before arrival and upon departure. Additional maid service is available upon request. Our property manager will meet you upon arrival for check-in and we will provide you with necessary information. Upon departure the condo will be inspected in order to refund your security/ damage deposit.
This unit is not a full time rental and is mainly for our family use we treat it with love and care. We have no doubt you will love Peninsula and our home as much as we do.
