This beautifully landscaped villa features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a spacious covered terrace. All bedrooms have remote controlled air-conditioning and three bed rooms have ocean views. The master suite has its own balcony with breathtaking view.
Rental includes daily maid service and a restaurant trained cook is available to prepare dinner. Casa Bella Catalina is 3 km from the town of Flamingo with it's restaurants and shops. On the first floor you'll find an open floor plan, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room, all opening onto the terrace and pool. The spacious covered terrace lets you sit in the shade while enjoying the view, the sunset or a good read. Upstairs, you will find the Master bedroom suite with unforgettable of the Flamingo sunsets. The additional two bedrooms are located in a separate Casita on the property. And to make Casa Bella Catalina comfortable and familiar as home, you'll find a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Cable television, air conditioning, CD stereo, and high speed internet. If you like to have the flexibility of snacking at home, Cephora (Maid) can stock upon your favorite foods. Many familiar American brands are readily available at the local grocery store.

We spent a wonderful week at Bella Catalina celebrating our one year old's birthday with all of the grandparents. The house is as shown in the photographs and was perfect for our group. The best feature of this property is the backyard, simply beautiful. The beach access was amazing, right out the door. We enjoyed some meals on the many patios and felt secluded in the backyard. There were many tours available, but we were so content to just relax at the house. Although the beach is not pristine white sand, it is perfect for long walks and gentle for a swim (there are white sand beaches within minutes.) Thanks for a perfect week with the family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This villa is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. The yard and landscaping is some of the best I have seen. Our go to guy in Costa Rica, Dervin Suarez with yellowfin sportfishing was an absolute must. This is our second time to CR and we would be lost without him. We are already planning our next trip to Playa Potrero, Villa Catalina, and our freind Dervin Suarez.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
