'Beach Life' Beach House is located on a great private beach access street in the Fort Morgan area. The house has (4) bedrooms and (3) baths and (3) great porches with gulf views. My beach house is great for large families or just a group of friends who want to enjoy the beach. All the (4) bedrooms have satelitte/cable TV's. The living area includes a large 42' flat screen with blue ray player. The house has high speed wireless internet service with free local & long distance calling. The spacious kitchen has all the amenities of home and a great bar for informal dining. There is also a dining area located off the living room that is great for dining and board games.
The Swimming pool is directly across the street which makes is very convenient for the kids and parents. You can also walk across the street to the Mobile Bay side and we have a long pier that goes out in the bay that is great for fishing and beautiful sunsets.
My beach house is just one mile from the historic Fort Morgan State Park. The Dauphin Island Ferry is just one mile that runs every 45 minutes. The Gulf Shores Yacht Club & Marina is less than a mile from the house with boat, jet ski and bike rentals. You'll enjoy great seafood and drinks at Tacky Jack's #2 located next door to the marina. It's a great place to eat outside and watch the beautiful sunsets over the bay.

I've just returned from my second visit to "Beach Life". Again it was nothing short of wonderful, awesome, and fantastic! The owner, Brad Granberry, has added all the extra touches to make the stay at "Beach Life" such a treat. The house is so clean and inviting with all the amenities - the fully stocked kitchen, a fun fire pit, beach chairs and umbrellas, a "lazy-time" hammock, great porches, comfortable beds, and much more. You will find you may never want to leave and you will certainly want to make plans to return. You'll find that this beautifully decorated and landscaped house has plenty of room, a swimming pool across the street, and just down the street is the beautiful beach. Should you want to go out to eat, "Tacky Jacks" is just a quarter of a mile down the road and is great! There is also great shopping and fun things to do nearby. Brad is very helpful in pointing out all the great things that are available. I could go on and on about how wonderful "Beach Life" is, but I'll end with a THANK YOU to Brad for a wonderful time and for being the best "Southern Hospitality Host" ever! We have just returned from a great time at the "Beach Life"! The house is beautiful and well appointed! Brad has thought of everything for you to enjoy this property. Even though it was a little chilly during our time there, we were able to walk the beautiful tranquil beach, fish off the pier across the street. In the late afternoon we were able to sit on the pier and watch the dolphins in the bay. Evenings we enjoyed sitting at the fit pit, enjoying a glass of wine, while our son was able to roast marshmallows. This area is nice and quite giving you the time to really enjoy your surroundings and get away. However close enough to still enjoy the nightlife, restaurants & shopping in the heart of Gulf Shores. Thank you again for a wonderful time and we can't wait to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We arrived late at night after a long drive, tired and frustrated. When we pulled up and saw the fun white lights dangling from front and back porches we instantly felt our shoulders relax. All the extra touches made Brad's house a treat to stay in. We had some sunny days and some cooler days and so we were even more appreciative for the welcoming and comfortable environment. We used the outdoor table, swing, hammock and firepit. I love the fun and colorful artwork. Also it is helpful to know he supplies spices and soaps for all the basics. Nice not to have to pack all those little things. Thanks for creating a great home to rent!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Six of my college girlfriends and I spent a weekend here for the third year in a row. The house is spotless, well-appointed and inviting. We even had fresh flowers when we arrived! Thank goodness the walls can't talk or they'd spill many deep secrets shared in the comfort of the den and front porch. The only complaint I have is that the house is so great, we found it hard to leave!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Just returned from vacation at "Beach Life"! Had a wonderful time, best vacation ever!! We love staying here and Brad is such a good host! Lovely home with all the amenities, beautiful uncrowded beach and swimming pool directly across from house! This is an absolutly beautiful house with plenty of room & everything you could possibly need for the perfect beach vacation! Very short walk down the street to the beach. The owner is super nice & very helpful!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our experience with this rental property was absolutely amazing. Brad has thought of everything anyone could ever need while away from home from light bulbs to a waffle iron to beach umbrellas to crab cages. Our chandchildren loved going crabbing from the pier every day between visits to the beach. Our younger granddaughter was grateful for the pool just across the street as well when she had enough of waves and was ready for calmer waters. I just enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the early morning by myself enjoying the breeze and absorbing the beautiful view. And the sunsets on the bay from the pier! Indescribable! All within easy walking distance. We walked to the beach in the evening as well, and all felt perfectly safe so we could enjoy this little piece of heaven under the stars. Having a washer/dryer right there in the house helped with the kids' wardrobe choices, which weren't always that wise (!!!), and it was terrific for all the wet towels. I can't say enough about the well-equipped kitchen. We didn't even want to leave to go out to dinner. And I am NOT a cook! We arrived on my 65th birthday, and Brad's planning for comfort and all the amenities made for a birthday celebration that could not have been better. I cannot recommend it higher.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had such a wonderful time at Beach Life this summer! The house is so adorably decorated and they thought of every possible immenity. They even had a professional grade waffle maker. I think we made waffles every morning! Brad provided so many extra special touches that made our stay so relaxing and perfect. The beach is beautiful, so secluded and clean. We were completely spoiled!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Another great vacation at Beach Life.. We enjoyed our second stay at this location and will return again next year, Lord willing. The fire pit was a great addition which gave us more social areas to enjoy. The pictures are a true reflection of this property and is very clean and well maintained. Brad is a great host...makes you feel like family. The kitchen has everything needed to eat in. We only ate one meal out ... Sea n Suds, Gulf Shores.. This was the best family vacation we have had. 'Beach Life' and Brad made it so. The condo was well equipped from the kitchen to the outside. There was nothing lacking. We had more than enough room for an aunt and uncle, a MeeMee, two teenagers and a mom and dad. We are all now spoiled. It is a home that we look forward to renting again. About the owner: I retired to the beach in the fall of 2012. I love the beach and wanted a place to spend time on the beach without the crowds of people.
Why the Owner Chose Bay to Breakers:
Fort Morgan area is great because the beaches are not crowded. You feel like it's your own private beach. You can walk down to the Fort and there are no homes so it's very secluded.

I love my beach house because it feels like a home. It's very causual but very upscale so you have all the comforts. I enjoy just relaxing on the porches.
