This home is more spacious than its two bedroom, one bath size would indicate. There are two large living areas, a large living/dining room and a family room, both open to the wide front porch. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms open off the living/dining room. The family room is on the far side of the larger bedroom. The front porch has more than enough seating for occupants. House is ~1390sf.
Your well-behaved dog is welcome.
