We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years while our daughter has been attending college. It is always clean and the location cannot be beat. You can walk to everything.....the school, Dickson street, shows, tons of restaurants, the bike/run path, etc. If you have any small issue at all, the owner is local and immediately fixes it. He even added a microwave to the kitchen for us! I recommend this property without hesitation.

The owner was very nice and accommodating of my requests. The location is fantastic, if you know Fayetteville at all the price of this place per night is almost worth the parking alone. Very nice modern cottage, perfect little kitchen setup and the couch has a pull out sleeper so the bed and the couch can easily sleep 4 people as the title says. All of my friends that stopped by were really impressed with the place and the cost. If I have to stay in Fayetteville again, I will absolutely see if this is available before looking at anything else. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that even though this is right off Dickson street it is shielded by a large building so there wasn't any excessive noise on the big party weekend nights.

The cottage is perfect for up to 4 people. It is clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location is perfect for easy access to the town and to the university. We loved staying there and will be back!

This cottage was everything we had been told to expect and more. It's the little touches that really make this place: The floors are all tile, the bathroom has been updated, and the owner is extremely nice and helpful. We locked ourselves out one night, and he popped over to help us out so we didn't have to call a locksmith. In addition, despite the very close proximity to Dickson Street, the cottage itself is well-screened by buildings and greenery, so nighttime noise isn't overwhelming. We slept well, we were able to wander campus and Dickson Street freely and easily, and we felt right at home all week. I highly recommend staying here if you're in town for a game or to check out campus. In fact, if my friends and I all go back for a football game sometime, we hope to rent the big house attached to the cabin.

This is a great place! The convenience to Dickson St. was great--walking to Common Grounds for breakfast or any of the wonderful restaurants there is a huge plus (no parking to deal with!). The cottage was very clean and very organized. We could not, however, find pot holders or kitchen towels/washcloths. I was able to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner--the little stove/oven was a bit of a challenge, but we enjoyed our feast! (I brought along some of my own baking dishes, just in case). Overall, great place--would definitely recommend to friends!

My friend and I were performing at the Wharton and this location was incredibly convenient. I most definitely recommend this property to anyone working at the Wharton. The kitchen is the only part of this apartment that was a little disappointing- no oven, and not much space. Overall, we had a great experience and the owner was extremely accommodating.

The little 'apartment' is attached to the larger house where our grown children and their friends stayed and was a perfect place for us! It truly is just a short block from Dixon street so was a great location for the BBB rally. The whole house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The little kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes, appliances, and cookware. The owner went out of his way to give us a warm welcome and answered any questions we had about the house and area. He even loaned us his GPS to help us on our bike ride. The whole transaction was done very professionally, with responsive communication. Can't wait to go back to Fayetteville and stay here!

I was very pleased with this rental. It is in a very convenient location (walking distance to U of A, Dickson St, and many restaurants. and has everything I need for my travels. I plan to rent this location every time I come to Fayetteville. That is unless I have many guests. In that case, I plan to rent the house owned by the same person, located on the same lot. Owner is friendly and easy to work with on rental.

I came over from the UK, so had no prior knowledge of the area. Was immediately made to feel completely at home, both before and during my arrival. Well met, well informed; I was shown around town as a matter of course, places to go, good places to eat, things to see and do. A very warm welcome indeed (not least because of the weather)! As for the appartment, everything was very much up to scratch. Everything was provided for me, linens, pots, pans, cleaning materials, bathroom stuff, stereo, the works. Spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. I have to say I was very much surprised by it all, in the best possible way. It wasn't just clean and kitted out, it was a nice place to be...very much felt like home when walking through the door. The location is perfect, 1 minute away from Dickson (the high street where most things happen) and a couple of minutes walk from the town square. Its location is such that it's very convenient (only about 10 mins walk from the supermarket), and a matter of yards away from the nightlife, but is seated in a place that means it's actually quiet peaceful, so getting a decent night's sleep is no trouble at all. There is a plethora of activities available in the surrounding area, great nightlife, sports, culture, food. There's certainly no shortage of options. The property was ample, and I was happy to stay there, but my stay was very much made by the property owner. I was never left in the dark about anything. I was given suggestions, advice, asked if everything was to my liking; no effort was spared in order to make my stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Truly a great host, no doubt about it. Certainly an idyllic place to stay if you're looking for a pleasant experience. When I come back to Fayetteville, this will be my first port of call when looking for a place to stay. I like having good experiences, and this one, as far as accomodation is concerned, was truly wondrous. Hoping to be back soon!

Me and my husband rented this property while we were in town for a wedding. We could not have had a better experience!! It is a very well kept property that is within walking distance of many attractions in town and the owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. With the kitchen and grill out back on the awesome patio, we saved a lot of money by just going to the grocery store and cooking there. We will be staying here every time we come to Fayetteville and recommend all we meet to do the same.

We had a great stay in the cottage. The owner was extremely organized and quick to respond to communication. The location is fantastic and can walk to many local bars and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable (better than any hotel bed I've slept on!!!). Can't be the location and price. Will definitely return if we're back in the area.

Great place to take your family while in Fayetteville. The house has a awesome area to sit with your family. We loved the nice big table in the living room to all come together for food and games. The grill in the back was really nice and we enjoyed sitting around the table outside. The house is very centrally located so provides easy access to the college and/or other areas of town. Mike was great to work with us on our reservation.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The location could not have been better for access to Dickson Street and the University. Everything from payment to move in/move out was handled very well. I would recommend this property and this owner to anyone in renting a place in Fayetteville.
