Due to careful zoning and the narrow barrier island that makes up Indian Rocks Beach, this wide strip of sand is NEVER crowded like its neighbors to the north (Clearwater) or south (Saint Pete Beach). That makes this the PERFECT spot to relax with your family.
There is one covered parking spot below the building. There is also a storage unit on the garage level for all the sandy stuff that goes with the beach - chairs, shovels, umbrellas are provided.
