This beautiful channel home is located on a quiet street right on the channel and one block from the ocean, a short 2 minute walk with our street leading straight to the public access point. You can hear the ocean from the outside decks. Super convenient!
This private home has the true coastal feel with beadboard paneling throughout, pickled whitewashed ceilings with beamwork, and plantation shutters. Large front and back decks for your outdoor enjoyment. Plenty of parking, garage available and a covered spot for your boat or motorcycle. Ground level entrance for convenience and enclosed private outdoor shower. Public boat ramp is just a few streets away.
You will have all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and stainless appliances. Plenty of dishes and stainless steel cookware available. You can certainly cook for a crowd in this kitchen. We have a gas grill and charcoal grill, the choice is yours. Large Margaritaville Frozen Drink machine has been recently added.

Unique tri level home with a large kitchen, living, and eating area on the main floor. Plenty of seating with a large sectional and accent chairs. There is lots of room in the living areas to spread out in. Two bedrooms on the level below and two bedrooms on the level above.
All bedrooms feature flat screen televisions (3 with DVD players) and a 47 inch flat-screen in the living room. Ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Wireless internet is provided, digital cable with DVR in the living room so you won't miss any of your favorite programs.
This home can sleep 12 with 4 queens and 1 room with a bunk and trundle bed. An additional guest can sleep comfortably on the sectional couch.
This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults, you must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Rates shown include departure cleaning and taxes. Pet friendly upon approval, $75 Non refundable Pet Fee. We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.
Yes, we take credit cards and can process them securely through our merchant account. Paypal or cashier's checks are welcome also. We either require a credit card authorization form from you to secure for damages or a cash $200 refundable deposit.

Loved this house! Updated, clean, and a great floor plan for a beach house. Open kitchen with the dining and living space makes it very cool. Porch areas were large, bathrooms spotless, and the whole place beautifully finished. Pet-Friendly...Thank You! VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY, NICE AREA TO VISIT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. HOUSE IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND OWNER HAS DONE MANY UPGRADES TO PROPERTY. BLANCHE IS JUST A GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH. JUST CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have stayed in many places in the North Myrtle Beach area and were not happy with any of them...UNTIL we found this place. It is incredible - beautifully decorated, super clean, spacious, and perfect location. Beach is just a short, direct walk away. Ms. Welborn is wonderful to work with - she responds quickly and really cares about her guests enjoying themselves. Our little dog loved being able to go out on the front and back decks, and we didn't have to worry about her wandering away because of the gates on both decks. My other family members loved it also, and we have already made our reservation to return next September. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay, don't look any further - this is it!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was everything I could have asked for and more. We were traveling on a tight budget and needed a well equipped kitchen to keep 10 people fed at varying schedules to avoid the additional cost of eating out and WE GOT IT I wish my kitchen at home was as well supported! The short walk to the beach is easy. This home is perfectly maintained, well stocked and has a great floor plan that supports both quiet moments for one or two and space for everyone to be together at the same time. LOVED IT and expect to be there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is our first year in a house that isn't directly on the beach. While we miss being able to look right out the window to the beach, it was totally worth it to have the much nicer house. A house to ourselves (our previous rental was a duplex and you have no control over who your neighbors are.) The house was listed as pet friendly and it was great to be able to bring our geman shepherds with us. Other places claim to be pet friendly and then limit the size of dog. We were able to rent a golf cart for the week to take the big bulky things down to the beach but, it's definitely not a far walk at all and the whole family enjoyed their stayRecommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

This was an exceptional vacation home and is just as appears on the photos. Our family loved our recent stay here and we could not have asked for much more . The home is well stocked with needed items and there is plenty of room for even a large family on vacation....so not to step on each others toes. Blanche was timely and pleasant in all of her correspondence. Cherry Grove is a great family vacation spot, away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. We will definitely return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

HAD A FANTASTIC STAY AT THE HOUSE. IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND HAD EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED. THE OWNER'S HAS IT VERY NICELY DECORATED AND IT WAS VERY CLEAN, HAS A GREAT VIEW AND IS REAL CLOSE TO THE BEACH. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE BEST PART OF THE MYRTLE BEACH AREA . HOPE TO RETURN SOON. Affordable, pet-friendly rentals are scarce in this area, so this is a perfect place to stay with your faithful friend. It's clean, very spacious, and has a modern kitchen with new cookware and dishware. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The owner was available by phone to answer a few questions upon check-in. This home was perfect, exactly as described or even better. My husband and I had a wonderful 10 day vacation that we were able to share with our two dogs. The home was very large and accommadating and conveniently located without being in a busy location which we appreciated. The weather also cooperated and we were able to enjoy the beach every day! Blanche was very prompt in her communication when renting the property and also very helpful in returning a family keepsake that my husband left at the property. We really appreciated this rental and would reccommend it to anyone. Our family vacation includes a one week stay with ALL the children. His... mine... and ours! This home was large enough and family friendly enough that everyone had their own space. We had plenty of room to enjoy each other but we also had our privacy. I would recommend this home to any family with small to older children. The walk to the beach was not too far to be tiring and I really liked the outside shower with hot water. A lot of times me and the girls would hit the outside shower after a day on the beach and leave the two indoor bathrooms to the older kids getting ready to go out for the night. Also, there aren't many places that allow you to bring your four legged children. Our two small dogs were right at home here and enjoyed spending time out on the gated balcony. The whole family enjoyed their week here and look forward to returning next year. Thank you to the homeowner for providing such a nice place for our family to enjoy and make new memories!
