This will be our 4th year to stay in this condo every time that we walk in the door it feels like home.(without the stress) The pictures do not do it justus the condo is beautiful but comfortable and the view is the best. The resturants are great JJ's is our favorite. We love to set on the deck in the eveing and watch all of the boats come in and eat raw orysters. This is a great place for couples to young families. The pool and beach are close and all of the guest are very friendly.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Beautiful view!! The condo was just as described, and better. Quick, easy access to the beach and a short drive to anything you could possibly want to do on vacation. Resort has complete beach set up with umbrella's and chairs. The tram to and from the beach made it very easy to carry kids toy's, ice chest, etc. The condo was very clean with all the amenities of home. Gated access to the area assured our families safety. Parking is very easy to access and being able to park under the building, out of the sun is a huge plus. This condo is not a party place, not for college spring breakers. It is very quiet and relaxing for the family. We will be back. Things to do close by. There is a restaurant off the beaten path, on Gulf Shore Drive, between the condo and 98, Louisiana Lagniappe was outstanding. Also, AJ's on the wharf had very good fresh food and good service. The sunset cruse on the pirate ship at AJ's was great. The Lucky Snapper, food was not good at all and service to match...more of a college party place. Renting a pontoon and going out to Crab Island was a great adventure. The kids loved the water slide that floats. Also, we took some time with the pontoon to drive around the shores of the bay and check out the beautiful homes in the area, very nice.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have stayed at this condo several times and have never been disappointed. It has recently been remodeled and the upgrades are wonderful. You cannot beat the sunset view from this balcony. We hope to return again to enjoy Destin and Magnolia House.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this unit and found it very comfortable. We especially liked the comfortable balcony with the beautiful view. This must be the best view in Destin! The new beachside pool is great!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
