John, We had a fabulous time at you condo. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and a better location. We took advantage walking to the beach daily. The condo was just as it is shown in the photos and it is even more spacious than we thought. This was our second trip to St. Augustine in the past couple of years, and we would love to stay at your condo on our next visit.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We have stayed at several condos in our many visits to St. Augustine for our family get togethers and yours we rated #1! It is even better than the pictures (and they are terrific)! Staying here couldn't have been more convenient and relaxing - just what we needed. The view from the balcony was a bonus, always putting someone to sleep. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting St. Augustine Beach. Thank you again and see you next year.

Upon our arrival we found that it was in a very nice area and next to a fantastic Restaurant called the Sunset Grill.It had easy access to the beach and community square that had nightly concerts and beach vollyball,etc.The room was exceptionally decorated, fully equipped and handicapped accessable which was important. and the view was breath taking.If I had any complaint it would be the shower heads in the bathrooms they were water saving I guess but it took a bit of getting used to but a very minor detail.We have stayed in St. Augustine before and we enjoy staying in this complex.I would definately rent this condo again.

Myself and three of my close girlfriends stayed at this condo for a getaway. All descriptions of the condo were exactly on target. Beautiful property, clean and it was exceptionally decorated. Had a great week with no unexpected surprises in dealing with the owner and rental company. Would return in a minute! Loved it!

WOW - what a fabulous property. It was everything and more that we could ask for in a vacation property. Our stay at this property was exceptional. The property was very well maintained and very clean upon arrival. The owner was helpful and quickly answered any and all of my questions. I have already recommended this property to other family members and we plan a return visit. Everyone in our party had great time and enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this property as a must stay in St. Augustine Beach.

Our Romantic Getaway

My fiance and I wanted to take a getaway vacation just to relax and enjoy our time together. I am a parent to an amazing 5yr old boy but even that could be overwhelming at times. We selected Florida because I have never been to Florida. While looking online we came across John`s Condo. We were surprise that the photos and location was exactly what we were looking for. Even more to our liking, was the cost of the rental its self. When we arrived, we could not have been more pleased. The area was clean and quite and we were within short distance of everything that we had wanted to do. The condo was very well kept and clean and John`s property manger were professional and very accommodating. When it was time to leave, my fiance and I decided that we will absolutely return, and next time with the little one. I must say, I have never enjoyed a vacation or been more relaxed and pleased with anything I have found online as much as I was with John`s Beach Condo. Sincerely, Gina and Keith

Thanks so so much. Really loved the place. The location was perfect. The interior was very nice, I just wanted to let you know my wife absolutely love the decor in your unit. Very upscale. It definitely beats a motel room. Had a great time. Lots of sun! Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed it. There was nothing more beautiful than sitting on balcony. Sun, sand, ocean, palm trees, PERFECT! The sunrises were beautiful! Thank so much for letting us rent your place.

We stayed in the condo for week and found it to be exactly as advertised & pictured. It, as well as the complex grounds, was very clean and maintained. The condo is about a block from the beach and within walking distance to several good restaurants. On Wednesday we shopped at the Farmer's Market that is across the street and bought shrimp from a local merchant. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to have a wonderful meal in. Wednesday evenings during the summer there is a live concert that we attended at the pier (where the Farmer's Market is held earlier in the day). There is so much to do in the area and the beaches are nice too. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

John, The condo was beautiful! We had a wonderful time this past weekend. The location is great. We walked to Sunset Grille, Barnacle Bills and Panama Hattie's. The walk to the beach was very short, and we were also able to park right by the beach one day. We enjoyed walking out on the pier one night, which was also a very short walk from the condo. The pool was very nice and the bathrooms by the pool were convenient. The grounds of the complex were very nice. We enjoyed looking at the birds and turtles in the lake. We cooked in one night and the kitchen was very well stocked. We were very pleased at how clean and new looking the condo was. Thanks for a great weekend!

The pictures are good for the posting but once you get there...........BOOM SHACKALACKA !!! Amazing.....great location (RITAS across the street, The Pier, Park for the kids, etc). All the furniture and decor in the condo was top quality and very nice. It was peaceful and quiet. You can see bird wildlife in the lake and turtles. My family and I went for 3 days......(family of 6) and had more than enough room. All you need to bring is your clothes and food to cook which there are several grocery stores nearby. Only 3 1/2 miles to historic downtown, the alligator farm (with zipline tracks over alligators), the light house, para sailing, and the Conch House restaurant where you can get a tiki hut table over the water and feed salt water catfish that are swimming below your tiki hut. We will definitely be back and will request this property again. Thank you so much John for providing vacationers with superb condo. If you looking to stay in St. Augustine, stay here you will not regret it !!

My husband and I rented this unit in April and we could not have been more pleased. The wonderful pictures on the internet do not do it justice. You have to see it in person to appreciate the condo. First impression was modern, clean. well appointed and spacious! The condo has much to offer everyone. Like most couples we each found aspects of the condo which suited our individual needs. Whether it was sunbathing, watching a movie, reading a book or playing on the internet, the condo offered us both the right place and space so it felt like home quickly. Close to a modern local grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Yet only a 3 miles drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to anyone who is interested. Of course all we ask is that you please not rent it at the same time we want to! Thanks John

Hello John, My wife and I just completed a month's stay at your lovely Seaside at Anastasia condo. This condo is very nicely decorated and a fully furnished unit with comfortable beds in all three bedrooms. Our two granddaughters joined us for a long holiday weekend and were very excited to spend their nights in the nautical furnished bedroom. For us this condo was truly a home away from home with three bedroom flat screen TV's and a very large flat screen TV in the tastefully furnished plush living room and with comfortable outside balcony furniture which we enjoyed while reading our books in the evening hours. We had great weather which allowed us to sit and enjoy the outside pool and clubhouse facilities and to visit the beach which was only a short one block away. The unit is conveniently located a short distance from some really great restaurants, i.e., Mango Mango, Atlantico and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine where we ate at another wonderful restaurant, Columbia. We can only hope to return to this condo again next year. Regards, Joan and Richard

I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is planning a trip to St. Augustine! Great location, very clean, very relaxing, and a great family place. It is close to all the tourist attractions, shops, and eateries, but far enough away that you are not in the middle of all the action. BOOK NOW!!

My family was visiting St Augustine for our daughters graduation from Flagler College. This was a perfect place to stay, convenient to the event, and allowed us the space and comforts of home. A great alternative to a hotel room!

This condo offers a great place to relax and get away from work for a while! I feel refreshed and re-energized from my relaxing stay. There is a massive fishing pier, which was a fun place to catch fish and chat with the local anglers. We also loved going to the wonderful local restaurants just blocks away and stuffing ourselves with the best fresh seafood around. From visiting the Alligator Farm to the historic trolley rides, there is so much to do and see. The area is quiet and relaxing yet has plenty of events and action around from live music in the parks and pubs, outdoor events such as kayaking, hiking to museum tours and darling shops. St. Augustine Beach is clean and spacious - perfect for walking, jogging, biking, swimming, resting and relaxing in the sand. The condo is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, indoor and outdoor furniture, a glorious balcony and plenty of kitchen-ware if you'd prefer to cook. It is a true dream! We loved it and feel so grateful to have spent time at this amazing condo in St. Augustine!!!

The pictures that are displayed on the internet are the exact replica of the property. The condo was beautiful and I felt right at home. All the amenities you could ever need was there. It was like being in my own home. I was there with my husband and children for a wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. John, thank you so much.
