Our unit is in a charming community with amazing oceanfront views and character. The property is located on Marco Island, famous for it's white sand beaches, relaxing lifestyle and beautiful weather. A two bedroom( 1 king / 2 twin beds), two full bath condominium with dining area, comfortable living room, updated kitchen and attached lanai - perfect for lounging or for evening card games. The unit also has cable, local phone access, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi for internet use. The complex itself feels like a home away from home, it is in a 2-story community and our unit is on the first floor with easy accessibility to the pool, inner garden area and private fishing pier. The unit has been recently updated with new linens, appliances and a touch of charm. Golfing, fishing and beach strolling is highly recommended. The most beautiful beach on Marco is 2 blocks away, take an early morning walk and you might catch a pod of dolphins swimming or rays jumping. This is perfect for a couple or two couples looking to get away from the cold weather, don't forget to head down to the oceanfront deck to watch the sunset!

About the owner: My husband and I have two young daughters and we live in Northern California, my husband grew up traveling to Marco Island to visit his grandparents. Coming from the North East the warm Florida weather provided much joy- the oceans, boat life, white sand beaches and fishing were a huge draw to his family. We have recently purchased this property for our parents use and for our own vacations. We hope you enjoy Marco like we do. While my daughters and I were there, we saw so much sea life it was amazing~
