Our stay at this condo was great! It was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. There was plenty of pillows, blankets and kitchen items. There was wireless internet at the condo. We would stay again. Great price.

Fun Ski Weekend
Fun Ski Weekend
The condo was recommended to us from a relative. There were 6 of us and we had nice space to spread out. The loft area was a great bonus area. The skiing was close and snow was pretty good. One of the nights we hung out at the clubhouse - went swimming, hot tub and played cards in the rec room area. We all had a great time and will definately come back.

My family and I spent our Christmas holiday at this condo and it was wonderful. There were great mountain views, plenty of parking, and it was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day of skiing (which was only about 10 minutes to Keystone and 20 minutes to Breckenridge). This building is also located near a grocery store, restraunts, an outlet mall, and a movie theater so we never ran out of things to do. As for the space, it was clean when we arrived, there was more than enough room for us to fit comfortably, and the couches, rugs, and appliances seemed to be new. We were thrilled with our mountain holiday and will definitely be back!

What a Great Experience
What a Great Experience
Me, my husband, son, and his friends stayed at your condo over Thanksgiving and it was the most amazing experience. The condo was very clean and I could tell it was newley updated all the appliances appeared new and the furniture was in great shape. I really liked having the upstairs loft area where my son and his friends could go and hang out and be out of our hair. The boys went skiing during the day and I stayed back and went to the outlet mall at the base of the mountain where I spent hours shopping at all the shops and by the way spent to much money. We spent cozy nights with the fire place, TV and movies. Just a overall relaxing time.

Great Condo for what the price is. We had 8 people in that slept comfortably. VRBO and the owner were very helpful in making this happen. This is a great place thats close to all the mountains. We were able to ski Keystone and Vail with a short drive to each one. It was clean when we arrived and we were able to have a good time with no trouble from neighbors. The place seemed pretty popular for ski gettaways and would definitely reccommend this place for a cheaper option than staying in one of the respective resorts that surrounds Silverthorne.

We were very pleased with the condo. The size and layout of the unit is very condusive to a large group providing ample privacy with the 2 bedrooms and loft with 4 beds. Becky was FABULOUS to work with allowing us a late checkout due to flight times.

Extremely lacking in cleanliness. Indifferent Owner. Very dirty place.
Extremely lacking in cleanliness. Indifferent Owner. Very dirty place.
Owner told me that there may be trouble with starting the stove. I could work with that. Turns out the stove was not the only thing broken: dishwasher was not working (that would explain why there are dirty dishes in the sink and the dishwasher left there when we came on our rental date), the tv had no reception, there was no wireless connection, and the stove-top was not working. The couches, beds, and carpet had pet hair everywhere. None of these were disclosed to us. When I called the owner, she became annoyed at me for bothering her. Also, no washer and dryer available in the unit, which was not disclosed. That would explain why the 'new' bed sheets smelled and also had pet hair everywhere. Worse rental condition ever.

Owner response: I was called last minute by relative of renter that said she was going to look at property and called back saying she wanted deep discount and would accept it in as is condition. As it had been vacant for several months, we discussed the fact that it was not fully cleaned and they accepted it based on the deep discount. Although I don't know how to work it, there is reception for the TV (it's included in our HOA, and they were advised that the stove didn't work and the internet connection was in clubhouse only. I take exception to me not being responsive as I had spoke to their relative 10 minutes prior and explained all this and then Quynh called with the same issues. She told me IF she had looked at it before she wouldn't have rented it. I think giving a $150 discount for condition that had been approved, it's rather sour grapes to complain after the fact and affect my bookings.
We arrived at the Condo at 2:30 PM (a hour and a half prior to check in at 4) and we discovered that the condo had not yet been cleaned. This wasn't a big deal as the check in wasn't supposed to be till 4 and we were early. So we left and went to rent our skis and pick up some groceries that we needed for our stay. We made it back to the condo at 4:30 or so and found that it still hadn't been cleaned. Not knowing what to do we proceeded to begin to unload our car and clean the place ourselves. After about and hour the cleaning service finally showed and did a quick (not thorough) cleaning. While they were cleaning we had to leave the building and wait at the clubhouse for them to finish. When we returned the condo was basically clean but no detail work appears to have been done on it in months...there were cobwebs in the rafters and under the shelves, the oven barely worked (we had to jiggle the temperature control just so in order to get it to turn on), the fridge hadn't been cleaned in a while, the floor in between the fridge and the counter hadn't been cleaned in forever and was covered in grime, and the chairs around the kitchen table felt like they were ready to break at any moment (they were extremely wobbly). Regardless of all this we think this place has some real potential. If the owners would do some regular detail work, make sure all the appliances function correctly and make sure all the furniture is in good working order I would have felt much better about this condo. Given the state of the condo on our arrival and the poor functioning of the appliances and general disrepair of the condo we asked for a refund of our cleaning deposit. The owner declined and gave us half of that deposit instead. We were not happy with this and did not get the impression from the owner that she was interested in improving the quality of the condo.

Owner response: as co owner of this condo for the last 15 years, we have tried to to whatever updating and remodeling is economically and feasibly possible. We remodeled about 6 years ago including furniture, kitchen, dishes and linens. Our cleaning crew is stellar and although they did acknowledge the lateness of the return, they did spend 2 hours and I felt they should be paid for their time. I believe the renters were annoyed that they didn't get the entire fee returned.
What a nice condo. Tons of sleeping accomidations, bedding and towels. Down comforters on beds and kitchen was well equipped to make about anything you'd want. Plenty of parking and nice lighted boardwalk down to clubhouse. Fair and easy to deal with and deposit was returned in a timely manner. Would recommend this condo to anyone.
