Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 3 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

"Be Our Guest" at our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath (2 ensuite) Orlando Vacation Home Rental (which accommodates a maximum of 8-10). Our home has amenities not found at normal vacation communities, such as:

*Private (heated and screened) pool and Luxurious Hot Tub,
*Fireworks view of Disneyworld,
*Large HDTV,
*DVD player,
*Playstation II,
*Free Calls and "High Speed" internet (including wireless),
*TVs in ALL bedrooms,
*2-car garage (with opener),

Most importantly, our villas are located on the premier Resort-Style gated community in the Disney area known as the "Windsor Palms Resort" (Only 3.5 miles to Disney). The WP Resort has been recommended by the BBC's "Holiday-You Call the Shots". The Times Online(UK) says "one of the best American villa communities"(Oct 2006).

As our guest, you and your family have automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include:

*Clubhouse,
*Large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool,
*Private cinema,
*Fitness center,
*Video arcade and computer center,
*Basketball, volleyball and tennis courts,
*Billiard tables,
*Children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas,

*Orlando International airport is a short 25 minute drive.

Just to let you know that we had a really fabulous time! Your home at Fan Palm is absolutely wonderful, it was home from home for us but with lovely sunny weather! and a pool! I am going to be writing an article for a National Newspaper in England regarding our holiday as we went to Miami and The Everglades for a couple of days as well and swam with the Dolphins which was out of this world! Would you mind me including details of your home as, believe me, it is highly worthy of it!

  • Just got home and wanted to say mickey's house was outstanding. We have rented condo's and even owned a time share in orlando, But the mickey's house has changed our mind how to go from now on. We came down for a wedding and spend New Year's at Disney. The house made the whole trip worth while. We had 12 family member's over after the wedding and we had more than enough room. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.( pool heat is a must in December.)P.s you can get use to the alarm's on the patio door's. Thank you Tom Carr and family

  • hi sayed in micky villa on th 1 st to the 15 sept 07 found the villa so easy located just off 192 have stayed in villas befor but never 1 like this it was so convenient to every thing so so so homely has every thing u need for a holiday and more the first thing we noticed is how clean and how the pics do not do the villa justice we now planning when we are going again but we as a family will never stay any where else but here the gated community has security all day and night has a lovely little shop that sells every thing and especal the things u forgot if ur from the uk they even have tetley teabags lol could write all day about the great qualities of this villa home from home loved every sec of it especally after the endless days of parks and shopping ,the hot bubbly jucussi ur quite welcome to email me and will show u are pics thanks for having uc caz and family

  • i dont know where to start we stayed at villa mickey and the house was absolutlely gorgeous never in my wildest dreams did i expect the house to be so perfect it had everything you could imagine the pictures on the internet does it no justice at all my family and i had a wonderful time we all cried because we had to leave we visited several parks while we were there and we would end up leaving and going back to the house to go swimming we cant wait until next year to go we truly had a great time and i want to thank garry and sue from the bottom of my heart may god bless you for making peoples dreams come true love lorraine rotay and family

  • Just a quick comment about the villa Mickey. Home and community were both great. The house was clean and had all the essentials needed tio make us feel at home. The location was also perfect. There was only two of us but we have no complaints what so ever. Thanks so much for the great place to stay on our first trip to Disney.   • We had a fabulous holiday in Florida July 2005 and stayed in Villa Mickey. We were delighted with everything and the villa was a home from home. All that we needed was there in the villa. We will definately be in touch as we are planning our next trip in 2007 and would be more than happy to base ourselves at Windsor Palms again.

  • We stayed at Sue and Garys Villa Minnie, arriving just after Hurricane Jeane, Windsor Palms is a Superb Location and Villa Minnie didnt let us down, My Dad has in fact booked to Stay at Villa Minnie in June 2005, The villa has all you could want, a real home away from home : )

  • I just wanted to let you know how much we loved our experience staying at your rental property. Everything about your home was wonderful, the furnishings, the decor, the location, the pool and hot tub and of course the resort itself. Everything was of the highest standards and it was very comfortable and lacked nothing that I could think of. We stayed for one week and our only regret was having to go back home. I wish we had booked two weeks instead of the one, but we will have to wait until our next vacation and you can be assured that on our next trip to Florida, we will certainly be looking to rent your property again. We had a great time and would definately recommend your property to anyone interested in staying in the Orlando area. Thanks very much for helping to make our vacation a GREAT success. The Belchers

    21-28 March 2004 Just got back from our vacation in Orlando. Thank you for allowing us to rent and stay in your villa. This was the first time we have ever stayed in a villa and oh boy are we impressed. Your home is splendid - beautifully decorated, well maintained and furnished with everything we would ever need during our stay. It was as if we had never left our homes. Your villa is very ideally located and the community club house was a great place for recreation and entertainment. Therefore, it is our decision to rent from you again whenever we decide to go back to Florida. And we will definitely recommend your place to our friends and family. We've all had a great time during our stay. Thank you again from everyone in our group.
