Royal Palms Unit 903 is located next to the Gulf State Park, a pristine, undeveloped three mile beach. There is a lot of new development on the other side of our building which equals crowded beaches. Ours is truly a tranquil setting, yet convenient to the action in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
This beautifully furnished condo, located on the 9th floor, has a Queen-size bedroom with private bath, a full guest bath, a spacious dining and living area with a brand new sleeper sofa, and kids love the alcove bunk beds off the hall. There is a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, sauna, steam room and an outdoor pool.
There's a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen outfitted for a great stay. A microwave, dishwasher, oven range, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and linens are provided. This condominium is located on East Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama near Highway 59.
From your Gulf-front balcony you can enjoy unobstructed views and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf beaches. Step out of the complex, directly onto the sugar-white beach and in a few short steps you will wiggle your toes in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will not want to leave!
