Royal Palms Unit 903 is located next to the Gulf State Park, a pristine, undeveloped three mile beach. There is a lot of new development on the other side of our building which equals crowded beaches. Ours is truly a tranquil setting, yet convenient to the action in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

In 2007, we had new carpet and tile installed, purchased new bedding and had the entire unit painted. New furniture was purchased in 2008. This is a fantastic value! Don't miss out! Dare to compare our prices!!**

This beautifully furnished condo, located on the 9th floor, has a Queen-size bedroom with private bath, a full guest bath, a spacious dining and living area with a brand new sleeper sofa, and kids love the alcove bunk beds off the hall. There is a heated indoor pool, a hot tub, sauna, steam room and an outdoor pool.

There's a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen outfitted for a great stay. A microwave, dishwasher, oven range, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and linens are provided. This condominium is located on East Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama near Highway 59.

From your Gulf-front balcony you can enjoy unobstructed views and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf beaches. Step out of the complex, directly onto the sugar-white beach and in a few short steps you will wiggle your toes in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will not want to leave!

  • We stayed in this unit for 4 nights in April. It was great!! The condo was just as described, right on the beach and very inviting. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. We love Gulf Shores...no crowd and very family friendly!!!! We would recommend this unit to anyone!!

We just returned from a 4 night stay at this condo...We had 4 adults and two children with plenty of room and all the amenities you could need...Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool as much as the beach. Great view from balcony too...we watched dolphins playing!!! We would book again!!

  • My husband, daughter, and I just returned from a wonderful four-day vacation in this unit. Even though it was November, the weather was still beautiful and we had lots of beach time - only minus any crowds! It was us and the seagulls, which was very relaxing. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The condo is within walking distance of the main intersection of HWy 59 and Ocean Blvd, giving you access to lots of shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed Desoto's, Bahama Bob's, Original Oyster House, & Sea-n-Suds. We would definitely come again.
