6910 Ocean Front Avenue, located in the exclusive residential area known as North End Virginia Beach, is the ideal spot for your summer beach vacation. The house is built as close to the dune line as the rules allow, with direct access to the sand and sea.
The home sleeps Nine Persons in five bedrooms with one king bed, one queen bed, and five twin beds.
70th Street terminates at the beach so we have the privacy of no through traffic and a handicap ramp that makes access to the ocean--about 100 yards from the house--quick and easy!
This property offers the unique amenities of a covered outdoor shower house with hot & cold water & changing area, beach chairs & umbrellas plus our private adjacent sand dune and green area where we have space for additional guest parking - truly a hot commodity at the beach!
This home has been owned by the same family since 1958, and has been continually upgraded to create a relaxed and old fashioned Tidewater environment with 21st century services like high-speed wireless internet and satellite TV with flat screen televisions in the family room and King bedroom.
Two oceanfront sun porches provide private getaways from the main family room and dining area. A screen porch off the kitchen with old-style swing, sofa, and wooden table with benches is wonderful for outdoor cocktails and dining at sunset.
The second floor sun deck with lounge chairs & tables overlooks the ocean and is perfectly positioned to catch the sea breezes.

About the owner: Our father bought this home and vacant lot in 1958 and it is a magical place. We spent every Summer here while growing up. The privacy afforded by the lot makes you feel like you're far removed from the hustle & bustle, but the shopping, dining, and fun of the Virginia Beach resort area is just minutes away!
