  This was our second stay in the charming apartment and it won't be our last. We love everything about it! The location is the best, it is convenient to everything. It is very clean and has everything you might need. Rose is very gracious and available for everything and anything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable....best sleep ever! Can't recommend enough!

  From the time we arrived until the morning that we left, the owner was available and most gracious to assist in whatever are requests were. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the necessities and amenities travelers could hope for. One day while walking around the city we got caught in a rain shower, and arrived back at the apartment quite wet and cold. The owner was kind enought to light the fireplace for us which really felt good and set the mood for a lovely evening. Once the car is parked, nearly everything you would like to see or visit in Savannah is within walking distance. Traveling with a pet is not always easy, but the owner and the city make it quite accomadating.

  The owner is fantastic and so easy to deal with. The place is fantastic and beautifully furnished. The location cannot be beat. This is THE place to stay!

  This is an anazing rental! The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The apartment is very clean and well cared for. Parking is easy and you can walk everywhere! We didn't even use our car while we were there. Owner is very nice and very easy to work with. I just can't say enough. We will definately stay again on our next trip to Savannah!! Thank you Rose!!!

  The pictures don't do this guesthouse justice. We visit Savannah quite often and have stayed in several places. This has been by far our favorite. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We hope to return in a few months.

  I stayed here last year in the ground floor of this wonderful row home. The location is perfect, as with most places in the historic district, everything is within walking distance. Parking is convenient and free, although you do not need a car at all when visiting Savannah. The owner was friendly and wonderful. Loved my visit.

  We stayed at this condo for 4 nights. Our stay was wonderful from our arrival till our departure. The owner is truly a Southern Bell, she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, she also knows so much History about Savannah.We even went out and had lunch together, I felt like I had known her for years.The property was clean and well maintained. The bed is out of this world soooooo cozy and comfortable.Tons of stuff to see and do, we did have a car but we did not use it much. You can walk to all the downtown attractions with no problem. I would highly recommend staying there.We hope to make it back there ourselfs sometime soon.Thanks for everything!!!!!!!

  My husband and I stayed here for 2 days during the Christmas holidays. I was so charmed by this property, the location and the gracious owner. This guest house is decorated with antiques and paintings, making your surroundings very cozy. She had several Christmas trees throughout, which added so much charm. You could not ask for a more picturesque location, right off Troup Square; we were minutes form everywhere. Yhe owner even brought us cupcakes! We will put this property at the top of our list! Thanks so much!! P.S. No problem with oarking!! Plenty of on street parking.
