Our 1 br. Garden Villa is designed for one or two people and affords alot of privacy. It is attached to the side of the Lower Villa and has a separate enterance. Amenies include AIR CONDITIONING, all linens and towels, including beach towels, wi-fi and cable tv. It has a spacious bedroom with ensuite bath and a new kitchen with wood cabinetry, and sitting area. Parota French doors open to a cozy and private outdoor palapa/patio furnished a la rustica with leather tub chairs and table where you can relax with a book or entertain a couple of friends. Beyond that you're just steps to the large pool and pool deck complete with palapa, deck chairs, and tables. NEW: Security bars on all windows to be installed Feb. 2012
CASA VICTORIA VILLAS are located 1.5 blocks from one of the most beautiful, tranquil and long sand beaches on the "Mexican Riviera" and it is within easy walking distance to all the amenities in the village.
Maid service is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays along with garden and pool maintenance. Personal laundry service is available for an extra charge$$. Please contact us for details.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Need something bigger or more space for a large gathering? CASA VICTORIA VILLAS also offers a 3 bedroom villa on the upper level, a 2 bedroom villa on the lower level and a 2 bedroom semi-secluded casita at the front of our property for a total of 8 bedrooms and approximately 20 people. Perfect for small weddings or other special occasions!
This property has been very well maintained and is a fabulous place to spend your winter vacation. The property is conveniently located on a quiet residential street in the coveted Zona Dorada (Gold Zone), 1.5 blocks from the beach and only a few blocks from the town square. It is close to a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping that are all within an easy walk from the property.
The town of Bucerias is typical of a true Mexican fishing village with cobblestone streets. It is a very safe village and we feel comfortable walking to town any time of the day or evening. It is located just 12 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport and there are plenty of buses to take you for a visit to Puerto Vallarta or to the north and the other small towns and beaches along the coast.
With a population upwards of 10,000 people, Bucerias is a very friendly place with excellent restaurants and stores for shopping. In January there is a colorful Mexican fiesta celebration offering guests a taste of local culture and pageantry. On Sundays, both townspeople and tourists can be found at the local 'mercado' or market which literally sells everything from fresh vegetables to back packs.
For nine years the owners of Casa Victoria Villas have welcomed guests to Bucerias and we are delighted to greet you again as well as answer any questions our new guests may have. We are often at the property or in the area, especially during high season, but if we aren't available our property manager, Baldo, is just a phone call away.

We had stayed at the Royal Decameron last year and wanted to return to Bucerias again. This place was perfect for us. Location to everything was easy....beach, restaurants and market. The place was clean, and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay, and felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Before arriving to our Garden Villa, Pat gave us helpful information on the place and surrounding area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those venturing out into private rentals. Great holiday, exactly what we wanted!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.
