-Le Marché Gourmet Market and Bakery
situated on the lobby level, oceanfront, with direct access to the beach, provides the resorts guests and local residents a more casual dining experience in a contemporary European atmosphere. Le Marché offers freshly made breads and pastries, salads, paninis, pizzas, gelato, 'We Proudly Brew” coffee from Starbucks, and basic convenience items and gourmet products. This is an excellent, upscale property! The unit is on the 18th floor with wonderful views of the ocean in one direction and the intercoastal in the other. When I first walked onto the balcony, I assumed the table and chairs to my right were on our neighbor's balcony. We were delighted to find that it was one large balcony, with entrances from both the living room and the bedroom, and completely private. The king-sized bed is very comfortable, and the extra large bathroom a bonus. Eric was extremely helpful and accommodating, making our arrival and our entire stay smooth and problem-free. It's rare to find that level of personal service and it allowed us to shut down and relax as soon as our plane left the ground, knowing that everything was taken care of. We would recommend this unit to anyone. A great find!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

We had such a wonderful week! The condo was clean and lovely with a beautiful view. From the balcony, we could see the ocean on one side and the intercoastal waterway with downtown Ft. Lauderdale on the other side. The hotel is right across the street from the ocean in a great location. We loved the large spacious area, and especially the full kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. The coffee shop on the first floor was a great place for light snacks, pizza, sweets and coffee. There are many restaurants within walking distance including two of our favorites- Casablanca and Coconuts. We have never used VRBO before but were very pleased. The description of the condo was very accurate. Having a very concerned, helpful and professional owner like Eric makes a renter feel very comfortable.We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

The perfect vacation destination! This condo is extremely comfortable, very clean & has a surprisingly spacious living area. There is a large patio with an absolutely GORGEOUS view of the Atlantic Ocean (which is directly across the street)!!! My family and I traveled to Florida for the first time from Charlotte, North Carolina and we're all so pleased with our choice to stay at this location. On top of everything we were pleasantly surprised with the incredible personalized service that was provided from start to finish by the owner's concierge, Eric. He was there to accomodate all of our needs and was just a phone call away for any questions or requests that we had. He was even able to set up a fun surprise that included champagne and cupcakes for my husbands birthday!! We will definitely be returning next year :) :)Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
