  Been to the Park City area a few winters ago for the Sundance festival so I was very excited to see what the area looked like and activities during the fall. I was not disappointed. Was there for a conference and found the people, the restaurants great and the rental was quite wonderful. Slept very soundly, everything worked, and any instructions for enjoying the place was clear. The pictures of the place here do not do justice to the place because the place is beautiful and the ponds outside are wonderful to take a walk around. The owner provided great customer service. If we ever come back to Park City for any reason, this is the place we would definitely want to stay at again. 200% better than staying at a hotel.

  My review should of been written in April of 2011, I noticed that I did not submit my review when showing this property to another group. We stayed here March 5th through the 12th, 2011. This property is a gem hidden close to Deer Valley resort. If you are going to stay at Deer Valley and not travel to other resorts, you do not need transportation. If you want to wait on the free transportation you may get around at a slow pace to other resorts. Transportation Center is the hub of all the free public transportation. Once at the Center you may tranfer anywhere in town. We prefered the Taxi cab company to do our grocery shopping. This service is door to door and at a set rate. This property was very comfortable for the seven of us staying there. The woodburning fireplace was wonderful to have lit every night! You only have certain properties that have a woodburning fire place and this one was G-R-E-A-T ! We stayed for a week and every day was like being at our own vacation home. Comfortable beds, great gatherings together in the evening. We walked to the parking lot of Deer Valley on the walkway stage left from the home. We then inquired about the private shuttle for the Lakeside deveolpement. They will pick you up in front of your place and drop you at the base of Deer Valley at no charge. For the rest of our skiing time, we rode this private shuttle to the mountain and back for lunch (free ski check) and back to the mountain to finish our day! Please consider a generous tip for your driver and they will be prompt to pick you up or drop you off for lunch. After skiing you may enjoy the wonderful lounge upstairs at Snow Park Lodge of Deer Valley and enjoy appetizers and great warm or cold drinks without the worry about driving home! The friendly staff will pamper you and tell you about the history of the resort. Please make sure to tour the lounge of all the pictures on the wall. I have had the opportunity to organize many ski trips with the Ford Ski Club from six to forty plus people and planning the accommodations is a full time job. The Lakeside home that we stayed in made all our guest happy on this trip! This property is on our places to stay in Park City list for all to enjoy! The owners of this property are more like friends that let you stay at there home. The pictures and information they share on getting around and the property are very truthful along with accurate.
