This is the perfect family getaway! You enjoy total privacy because there are no neighbors within 500 feet of this home.

Featuring a private swimming pool with waterslide feature, hot tub, waterfront, 3 master bedrooms and 1 Kids room with bunk beds, game room, media room, and designed with great lake and mountain views from virtually every area of the home. The home and pool were placed so that they enjoy sun all day (southern exposure). Even when the temperature is in the low 70's you are able to enjoy the pool and sun on the decks.
This three level home was designed with spectacular open post & beam construction on the entry level.
Artistic wooden hand rails on the stairs to the upper level along with beautiful wooden floors, a cathedral ceiling with huge picture windows in the great room add a special ambiance to the interior décor.

Pool area ; located at house entry level , grass yard next to fenced pool area , game pool with vinyl liner (therefore no sharp objects are allowed in pool area !) ; pool has a waterslide feature , is waist deep at both ends and about 5’ deep in the middle, poolside cabina, BBQ and mini fridge.
Lower patio area ; hot tub, fire pit.
Waterfront ; gradual walk-way path leads to the waterfront , area along waterfront cleared for access to private dock .
RV site ; prior approval & additional fee required.
Parking ; adequate for 5-6 vehicles.
In addition to being a waterfront location , this home is also within 5 minutes of two other nearby lakes ; Wapato Lake & Lake Chelan.
The Tildio and 4 lakes Winery's are within walking distance of the house , and nearly a dozen local wineries are just 5 minutes away.
If you have boat problems , TLC Marine service is across the driveway from the home. (hope you don't need them)

We just returned from a wonderful week at Roses Lake with our extended family of 14. There was something for everyone inside & outside of this house and was even better than we expected. The kitchen & dining area was larger than it looks in the picture - seating 8 plus. There is a lot of room for outdoor cooking/dining as well. The pool is larger than the photo suggests and had many fun volleyball games in it. We felt like we were at a private resort with the pool, cabana, hot tub, poolside bar, media room, game room, 3 large master suites and more. Can't wait to return next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We used to take our 4 children to Lake Chelan for vacation when they were young, now they are grown and have children. We ALL enjoyed our stay at the Roses Lake Vacation home. It had everything a large group with children young and old needed to keep them entertained. The pool was a hit with our grand kids ages 2 to 18. The home was beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The caretaker was helpful with going over the house itself. The neighborhood was quiet and the wine tasting room within walking distance was a hit with the adults.....Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Often trips are booked based on a photo that, upon arrival, was far more flattering than the property in reality. This property is the reverse. It is even better than you can imagine and exceeds the already wonderful writeup and photos that accompany this ad. We came for a family reunion this month and although a large group, no one ever felt crowded or lacking for space. It is the perfect getaway in the most convenient of locations. Book it - you will NOT be disappointed !!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a family reunion in May this year (2012) and had the most amazing time at this home! The views are amazing, the pool and amenities are unbeatable. We drove from Kelowna and met family who drove from Victoria and Calgary. It was the perfect meet in the middle location. All 8.5 kids had a great time using the games room, movie room and pool. They also loved making s'mores at the fire pit. The caretakers, Dave and Ruth, were so helpful and kind. We were sad to leave! We will most definitely be back-thanks for a great vacation! The Masons, The Turners, and the Richmonds. (p.s the Lake Chelan Winery has lots of great gift ideas and the restaurant at Wapato Point Cellars has a great menu. The food was fantastic.)Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We spent 3 nights at this gorgeous home celebrating 3 birthdays, an anniversary and Mother's Day. The home reminded us of being in a private resort, beautifully appointed and many extras such as a media room, fishing dock and game room. The caretaker was also divine, greeting us upon arrival and very attentive to all of our needs. We loved it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Our family had the pleasure of staying here in September and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, pictures don't do it justice! It's in such a quiet, peaceful location, we were all so relaxed by the end of the trip. It was great for the kids too, the bunkbeds and pool were definite favorites! My group rented this house for a guys' getaway, and everything was outstanding. The house was exactly as described, very spacious and clean, and even nicer than we expected. The construction is beautiful and it has great views of the lake. We enjoyed the game room, the basketball court, the media room, gas grill, wi-fi, hot tub, and the great room/gathering area. Everything in this house is planned out very well, from the big open kitchen with Viking appliances, to the three master suites, to the views, to the fun activities and nice outdoor spaces. Next time we are looking for a rental house for a long getaway weekend or family gathering spot, this will definitely be the first place we'll check. The owner was very nice, and quick with responses to questions. Dave, the caretaker who met us at the property, was friendly and helpful also. Based on his recommendation we had a great breakfast at Blueberry Hills, just a few minutes away. We just returned from a marvelous long weekend at this waterfront property. It was everything as advertised and more. Our family gathered there from across the State for a small celebration and had a wonderful time. The house and its features offered the perfect "get-away" venue from the heated pool to the media/movie room. The private master suites with excellent bath facilities were a treat. The whole family enjoyed fishing off the private dock, shooting pool in the game room, and preparing our meals in the gourmet kitchen. There were ten of us all together from grand parents to toddlers and we never felt crowded. We can enthusiastically recommend this vacation home to anyone seeking a true get-away experience. Dave Wight, the Caretaker, was absolutely excellent and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you to Pam and Ron for sharing your beautiful Home with our family. We will definetly be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This property was the absolute perfect location and set up for the business meeting I hosted with my team of 11 sales reps. Everyone thoroghly enjoyed the location as well as all the amenities the house provided. Additionally, the location was perfect which we basically had the lake all to ourselves and was a short drive to all the amenities Chelan has to offer. Thanks again for the impeccable service! We just returned last night from our week at your Roses Lake Home and we had such a wonderful time! This was our 8th year of 'Ya-Ya' and we all agreed your home was hands down the best we have experienced. My 91 year old Grandmother was very grateful for the warm pool & we took advantage of the beautiful lake with our stand up paddle boards every morning. Care taker Dave was extremely helpful & very welcoming.
