You will have a designated parking spot in Buffalo Park's underground garage, a few feet from an elevator that will take you to Buffalo Park No. 10 - the only home on the first floor of your building. A spacious and well equipped kitchen has a gas range, Subzero refrigerator, dishwasher, high quality wood cabinetry, granite countertops and a complete selection of cookware, tableware, bar and glassware. Barstools pull up to the high counter - perfect for talking with the cooks, breakfast eating and cocktail hour. The Kitchen is open to the Living Room and Dining Room for gracious entertaining. Private outdoor patios adjoin both the Living and Dining Rooms.
The Living Room has a seating area and large bookshelves and entertainment center. A second Living Room seating area is located in front of the gas fireplace. A large separate bar with sink, cabinetry and glassware shelving is perfect for entertaining.

Loved the space, but with 2 little boys, ages 2 and 4, the carpet in the living and dining room was a problem with spills. Had lots of Dr. Pepper float picnics on the tile in the kitchen! The boys loved the bunk beds for both naps and sleep. Clean but no extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, salt, pepper, and other essentials. Just bought them and gave them to our kids that lived in Vail. Think the condo would be perfect for older kids and adults, but with little ones, keeping the carpet clean was hard. Loved the quiet and being close to the pool, but not too close.

About the owner: Marlys and Ralph are Seattle residents who have had homes in the Vail Valley for more than 20 years. Until 2010, we resided at Buffalo Park No. 3, the townhouse adjacent to Buffalo Park No. 10 (which they purchased for use by their children and grandchildren.) Buffalo Park No. 10 was converted to a rental home when Marlys and Ralph purchased a large new home in the Valley that now accommodates their entire family.
