Wonderfully furnished condo, has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Close to everything, great commute to anywhere. Nice 10 minute walk to new shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. Owner was very accomodating and easy to work with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: I moved to Arlington from Nashville, TN in May 2010. Not long after moving here I found out that I was being transferred to another office in New Hampshire. I have been renting my condo out to a family working at the Pentagon for a year. I hope to find a new long term renter this fall. My brother and sister in law own a townhouse in the same complex, so they will act as property management while I am away. They are very sweet and will be able to help you get settled. I have fallen in love with the village of Shirlington - it has a lot of warmth and charm, tons of restaurants, specialty shops (wine, cheese, meats, clothes) a great grocery store, movie theater, live theater, and salons. There are tons of community events that take place year round in the village. Christmas is especially beautiful in Shirlington. This is also a very pet friendly community.
Why the Owner Chose Arlington:
I love the village of Shirlington. I wanted a place that would also have access to the metro and our private shuttle is fabulous. I also love all of the amenities included with this complex. A rare find in the DC area!
