  Cozy Cottage is a wonderful cottage that is well represented by the photos at the VRBO site. My friend and I enjoyed the comfortable beds, privacy, especially the backyard and deck, and full kitchen. The train was never an issue. I remember hearing it just a couple of times and the rumbling just lulled me back to sleep immediately . I hope to stay again for anot her week when I return to Gulfport. It is centrally located to activities, beach and I recommend The Half Oyster for fine dining. You can wear casual clothing to both.

  OMG! From the moment I booked this vacation until after I left this property, I felt as if I was at HOME! Michael and Anna communicated with me on a timely manner during the whole booking process and once I arrived at the cottage, Ms. Rosemarie was automatically a part of my family. She was helpful in every arena and then some. The cottage is well maintained, close to everything, warm and inviting. If my family chooses to go back to Gulfport, MS, we will NEVER stay no where else but here! Thank you to Michael and Anna and especially Ms. Rosemarie for a vacation me and my daughter will NEVER forget! May God bless each and every one of you.

  Michael and Anna Thanks so much for a great week in Gulfport. The Cozy Cottage was a great spot for our week. We enjoyed everything about Gulfport and the coast. A daily run and then touring was great. We did want to mention Ms. Rosemarie. She was so warm and welcoming when we arrived at the property. She really did a great job tell us all the places to go and see. Major Kudos to her. We will keep the Cozy Cottage in mind for future trips to the gulf.

  My mom and infant daughter and I stayed at the cozy cottage during a recent trip to the gulf coast and it was lovely. The cottage served as a perfect home base during our visit, clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Rosemarie (the access mananger) was very helpful and full of great information about the area. We were able to walk to the beach and to several nice restaurants (Salute was fantastic!). We found the location to be a great middle between Ocean Springs in one direction and Bay Saint Louis in the other. Lots to do (Shearwater pottery, the Orr museum, Traponi's in BSL, shops and galleries in Ocean Springs, etcetcetc.) The train was a little surprising the first night, but after that first night, 2 out of 3 of us slept right thru it! The back deck was beautiful! We would definitely recommend the cottage to friends!

  Perfect for me and my sis n law. The malls and shopping were within 10 minutes. Very clean place and nice people. I even left something behind and they got it to me quickly. There is a train in the front yard but we wore ear plugs to bed and it didn't bother us much. Other than that it was great. Rose Marie was awesome too. We couldn't of asked to feel more welcomed. Thanks again.

  My husband and I were delighted with this cottage. There is a large private fenced backyard with a deck and furniture. The inside is exactly as it looks in the photos as well as the description in the vrbo listing. It is within walking distance of the beach and is in an older neighborhood near downtown Gulfport. It is a great value. We were there for 6 days and explored all over the Gulf region from this cottage. The inside has been updated and has a nice kitchen complete with everything we needed. The bathroom is well stocked with towels, washcloths, etc. Their caretaker, Ms Rosemarie was very helpful checking us in and telling us where to find groceries, restaurants, liquor stores and anything else we needed.She knows the area well including New Orleans, Biloxi, Mobile, etc. She is a gem!! The only negative would be if train horns bother your sleep. It is next to the railroad tracks and they are busy tracks with up to 8 trains at night between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. We didn't notice the trains during the day, but did notice them at night. Michael and Anna are delightful. We communicated with them via phone and e-mail. They were prompt and attentive to our questions. We've rented many homes through vrbo.com and really like the prompt replies from Anna and Michael. Our thanks to them for providing a nice cottage for us to relax in for 6 days. This was our first visit to the area and we will return.

  We had a friend visiting from Germany and stayed for 2 nights at this nice cottage. We had a pleasant stay, even in this short time. The cottage is very clean and nicely furnished and there was everything you needed in the kitchen . The owners provided us with a lot information about the area. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again. Thank you.

  Wow! It was just perfect! My husband, myself, 13 y/o daughter and 10 y/o son fit comfortably and enjoyed our stay. While we stayed there we spent sooooo much time at the beach. We found spots where we could socialize as well as have the beach all to ourselves. We also took day trips to Ship Island, New Orleans, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your "Cozy Cottage."

  What a wonderful surprise, when Rosemarie met as at the cottage, and we walked in to our 'home away from home'! Comfortable bed, clean kitchen, washer and dryer...flat screen tv, if you have time to watch it...what more could you ask for. Michael, one of the owners, was so helpful and very nice to speak with on the phone, answering all our questions. We had left our two little orange tabby cats at home, drove ten hours, and arrived at the cottage. After we unpacked, we enjoyed our meal at the Deli in the Palace Casino, and then crashed for a great nights sleep. We awoke in the morning to the sounds of little meows from outside...and there on the porch lay the cutest little orange tabby cat...WOW, that really made us feel at home!!... Yes, there are train tracks across the street, and the train will pass by and blow the whistle at the crossing near the cottage...but even awakening briefly...we were actually lulled back to sleep by its rumbling along the tracks...not an issue for us at all!! Very affordable and in a safe location. Thank you Michael, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

  We loved staying at this cute cottage. Very close to the beach. Loved the quaintness of the inside. Will stay here again. Great price and close to everything. Was wonderful to bring our own food and be at home.
