This ski-in/out luxurious townhouse is located on a quiet and private cul-de-sac near the gondola. It is away from the congestion of the village core yet only an easy 3 minute walk to ski lifts, shops, restaurants, the Peaks resort, and the free gondola which takes you up to high altitude ski and hiking trails, drops you down in the middle of the town of Telluride, or conveniently delivers you to the grocery store.
This 2600 square ft. townhome is a corner unit which offers spectacular and unobstructed panoramic views on 2 sides. Views include the 14,000 ft. Mt. Wilson range to the South and Palmyra Peak and the ski runs off Gold Hill to the East. With a warm southern exposure you can read, sunbathe (even in winter), BBQ, or watch the Southwestern sunset on the deck right off the living room. After skiing, enjoy the steam shower, Finnish sauna, or 6 person hot tub. There are 4 flat screen TVs, free internet access, 2 dining areas, a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a full modern gourmet kitchen with settings for 10, warm in-floor radiant heat, and your own laundry room. You even have your own driveway and your own private enclosed garage. With this location and these cozy features it is more like a home (not just a condo). Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, the third bedroom has two large twin beds, and the convertible living room couch adds another double bed.

Our kids rated this as the best place we have ever stayed. It was extremely convenient and within walking distance to everything. The pictures don't truly do it justice as it is a wonderful townhouse with gorgeous views and spacious comfortable living arrangements. The hot tub and sauna are very nice additions that help put the perfect end to a great day of skiing or hiking. I truly can not say enough good things about the condo, mountain village or the ease of convenience of the whole package!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This beautiful unit is everything described in the listing and beyond that offers a level of convenience and comfort that has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Just steps from the gondola and village, it is furnished to provide casual comfort and is equipped with everything your might need. Particularly memorable are the views from the living room and the great spa and sauna on the lower level. The owner has years of experience with the unit and the area, and will be helpful in answering any questions. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain Village:
This is a spacious and comfortable second home with ambiance, spectacular views, 4 season outdoor adventure, and a perfect location. It is away from all the buildings in the core, yet easy walking distance to ski lifts, the free gondola, restaurants and pubs, shops, and various festivals. We have enjoyed many family reunions and both of our daughters were married here. Surrounded by 14,000 ft mountains, this is like being in the Swiss Alps!

As an end unit, there are large windows and beautiful views on 3 sides. With a southern exposure, you can enjoy the warm southwestern sun in the middle of winter. With a private garage, there is easy access: just open the door and you are home. With a large unit (2600 sq ft), there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone and one entire floor which combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room where all can gather for dining and socializing.
