Our newly decorated condo is located at San Mirage, a gated community, which is just outside the Bonita Bay development. This beautiful condo has just been updated with all new furniture in 2010, and sleeps 6 people! There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one bedroom with matching twin beds. There is also a wonderful living room with a comfortable leather sofa. The condo has been professionally decorated with new hardwood floors, HDTV, a full size washer and dryer and a fully-outfitted kitchen. The lanai is screened-in and is a wonderful place to read and relax. It is a short walk to the beautiful pool, spa and exercise room with treadmills, elliptical machines and weights. On-site there is a tennis court, just downstairs from the unit.
We’re located just 10 minutes from the beach and a few short minutes from excellent shopping and dining. If you like to shop, you will love nearby Coconut Point - it is a beautiful new shopping area with a movie theatre and many great dining options. The Promenade at Bonita Bay is also very close-by offering more exclusive shops in a beautiful tropical setting. Last, but certainly not least, is the Miromar Outlet Mall! Miromar Outlets are only 15 minutes away and offer over 140 designer and brand name stores.
Southwest Florida offers many beautiful beaches. Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach are delightful. Don't forget to go to Lovers Key State Park, just north of Bonita Beach. Further north you’ll find Fort Myers Beach. If you like to look for sea shells or even see dolphins, you’ll want to visit Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
If you enjoy golf, there are several public and semi private golf courses nearby. The closest is The Raptor Bay Club, a beautiful course designed by Raymond Floyd.

This condo is in a great location for access to Naples, Ft. Myers, and sunny beaches! The winter weather is a dream! The property is more spacious than the photos indicate and has ample storage space (the closets are huge!). It’s perfect for long-term stays because you don’t feel cramped or cluttered. The elegant decoration creates an atmosphere of classy comfort and is a nice departure from the kitschy, beachy-themed places we have stayed in the past. Everything you need is provided by the owners. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool & spa area of the development. The residents were friendly and the grounds were very well maintained. There are excellent restaurants in the area, a real stand out is “A Table Apart” which prides itself on sustainable seafood. We are not big shoppers or golfers, but were delighted to find a nearby kayak rental place run by The Great Calusa Blueway right on Old 41 at a Bonita Springs park next to Everglades Wonder Gardens. The Imperial River provided plenty to look at and an easy paddle up and down stream.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
