The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.
Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

A very sunny sitting area situated around the main TV which also features a DVD player and VCR for additional entertainment, as well as a dining area with large kitchen. The kitchen features all appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. The home also has a separate laundry area and the home is fully air conditioned for your comfort. Wireless internet.
Outside you will find your own pool with very sunny deck which is south facing. The deck is fully furnished and is partly covered for your comfort whilst you may enjoy your evening meal. The pool is inviting and is heatable if you desire. You may just prefer to lie and soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers.

This home has it all for your perfect base and offers "escapism" from those hectic parks.
