  We spent our last summer vacation with our 2-year old daughter, and we really enjoyed it. Everything is working properly inside and outside the unit. The owner is always nice and easily reachable. The renting process with him followed trade practices and went very well. Everything we needed was there. The view is superb. The shared areas are always clean and maintained. The pool is large and clean as well. We definitely recommend this unit. It is very likely that we will repeat the experience this year!

  This condo was excellent. It is well maintained, clean and in a great location. Working with the owner was awesome, he suggested restaurants and was on time with everything. Great experience.

  This was a great place to stay during Speed Week. The location, the view and all the amenities were there. Two flat screen TV's, kitchenet with everything needed and a shower with instant hot water and lots of it. Everything was clean and in good condition. The owner, Rob, was very helpful and made every effort to make us happy. The owners description and pictures are accurate.

  Great condo!! The condo was clean and a great place to spend a week at the beach. Great updates to the bathroom. Two new flat screen TVs were awesome! Really enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony every morning. The location was perfect. It was fun sitting on the balcony and watching all the action on the beach. Rob was extremely helpful and great to work with! Can't wait to plan another trip back!!!

  My 2 college age children and I loved the condo, location, pool, and clean property. The view is just breaktaking !! Kitchen has all you need to prepare meals as needed. Owner even checked on us to make sure we were all set for the week. We cooked several meals poolside and enjoyed the scenery and the sunset. Pool and hot tub were great! Definitely a good find and the best vacation we have had in years! Very relaxing! Would definitely stay again!!

  My daughter and I stayed at this condo for her spring break and it absolutely exceeded our expectations!!! My mom and dad were also down that same week renting at a place down the beach and were completely jealous of our accommodations. The condo was very nice and extremely clean and the ocean views were fantastic. We especially liked waking up every morning and drinking our coffee and juice while enjoying the amazing Florida sunrise. I am definitely renting this next year and would recommend this room to anyone.

  I can't say enough nice things about this rental experience. The room was nice and clean, the owner was great to work with. The location was great! There is nothing better then to wake up to a cup of coffee on the deck and be right on the ocean.. Thanks for the memory :)

  My husband and I stayed at this condo for our one year anniversary and we absolutely LOVED IT!!!! The condo was very nice and extremely clean! The owners were more then helpful with our questions and we couldn't have had a better view of the ocean. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean in the morning and sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and sun set....we can not wait to go back next year! Thank you so much for making our vacation so amazing!!

  I have stayed at this condo several times now. I have never had a bad stay. The room has always been clean, decorated nice, and very comfortable. The view of the ocean is wonderful. You can always spot Dolphins from the balcony. The private pool and area, is very well maintained and also clean. It's in walking distance to all the shops, and boardwalk. They have a great workout room as well as great owners. Would recommend this room to anyone.
