  Thank you so much! We had a great time. Condo was perfect for our group of 8 and the walk to the lift was easy!

Cancellation policy:

Rental Agreement Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is before 11am. **If there is no one departing or arriving on your start and end dates, I will let you know and your can arrive and/or depart anytime. This is a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted in condo. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. A damage deposit of $300 is required. This must be received at the time of the reservation.The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however it is fully refundable within 30 days of departure, provided the following conditions are met: No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash cans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. All used beds are stripped and towels/linens are collected near washing machine. Key is returned tot he lockbox and condo is left locked. No linens or kitchen utensils/wares are lost or damaged. Full rental payment is due 45 days before arrival. Non-refundable. Cancellations: A 60 day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of arrival date forfeit the full advanced payment and damage deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Maximum occupancy of the condo is limited to 8 persons. Inclusive Fees: Rates include a one-time linen/towel setup. Hot tub towels are included. (Blue and white striped towels) No Daily Maid Service - While linens and bath towels are included in the condo, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however it is available at an additional rate. Rate Changes - Rates subject to change without notice. Your rental rate for this season’s reservation is locked-in as soon as your deposit and first payment is received. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be allowed to checkin. Written Exceptions - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advanced of check-in. Snow Conditions or Storm Policy - Ne refunds will be given unless; The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations of the immediate area. We will refund any unused portion of rent due to mandatory evacuations by the National Weather Service. There is no phone service at the condo, but there is strong cell service. There is free wireless available. All ski equipment and clothing owned by the homeowners are not to be used by the renting guests. There is a locked ski locker in the garage for the renting guests. Please do not bring skis and poles into the condo. This home is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for lost of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to tuse the property.
