  Property was as expected. Spacious, clean and up to date. All the essentials of a house were included. Would highly recommend to a wide range of guests. In walking distance of metro. Owner was very helpful. Quick to answer emails and helped with any questions we had. Will be returning!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My husband and I and our two grandchildren stayed in this very comfortable, beautiful town home for a week. We could walk to the metro and many restaurants. Eva made our stay a pleasure by suggesting places to see, things to do and where to eat. This is a great place for a large family because it provides all the amenities in a great city like DC, and yet you can come home and relax in a quite neighborhood setting. Thanks Eva

  I spent 4 nights at the apartment during the first week of March and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's in a great location...you can walk to everything in DC. I used it as a base for checking out the entire DC area for a possible move and it was perfect. The condo was furnished with everything you could need for a stay. All sorts of kitchen equipment, washer-dryer, bathroom necessities....I really can't think of anything that was missing. It's a great place to stay for days or a month. Eva or John always answered emails promptly and there were no problems at all. A great stay!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was my first rental experience through VRBO and I am nothing but completely satisfied! First, the place is amazing! It is adorably decorated and you can feel right at home- we never expected to stay in the house as much as we did, but because we felt so comfortable, we lounged around much more than excepted! The linens and towels were plenty, tons of extra blankets and everything! The kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed- all the appliances were so nice, plenty of dishes! We were a group of 7 woman and felt safe the entire weekend, the double lock system was a nice reassurance! Eva was so easy to communicate with- always responded to all my emails and phone calls! She is so sweet! I would rent this place again in a heart beat, honestly, I would live in it! Easy access to the metro, and plenty of parking since we had a car! I could go on for days, but basically have no fears, this place will be the best rental choice you could make!

  A great week of sightseeing, museums and excellent dining!. There were 2 families of 4 -(4 adults 4 kids/ 3 teenagers one 10yr) in our group. The townhome was spacious and very well laid out. We all had plenty of space and everything worked beautifully in the townhome. We have stayed in many vrbo rentals and this was the first where the actual home looked betted in person than in the pictures. We had the pleasure of meeting Eva (thanks for your wonderful hospitality!) and thorougly enjoyed the rental experience with her as well as our stay. One family drove to DC and we ended up never moving the car. Metro is close - and we discovered Uber Car - and excellent service that was only slightly more expensive than a cab - less expensive for us since we usually only had to order one Uber car. Download the app and a car picks you up - knows your location from your phone. As others have mentioned the neighborhood is up and coming and we did use Uber Car at night and the Metro by day. It was a wonderful experience - even our teenagers were happy! Thanks again Eva!

  Eva, our stay here has been wonderful - an opportunity for this group of 4 couples to spend time together in your home was fantastic & historically a first!! To be so close to great food, shopping & transportation is an asset for your advertisement to rent again. Our one concern was the navigation of the steps for our one friend with a broken leg, but eventually was not a problem.   What a glorious 9 days we've had here in DC! One of our group members just checked the "must do" list while in DC and we've done them all - and more. As a group of ladies who travel, we look for 5 criteria in our accommodations to be met : 1. cleanliness 2. comfortable beds 3. bathroom/showers - even with 7 of us we never ran out of hot water + thanks Eva for the extra hair dryer 4. temperature - how refreshing to return to the condo + it's coldness and the ceiling fans are SO quiet 5. location - really easy to get to the metro or bus and pick up groceries in the neighborhood Kudos to you Eva for meeting all 5 of our criteria and you are such a lovely, helpful host!   Eva, your condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Great appliances, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of room.
