Costa is a farmhouse of Fattoria Petrolo, a famous winery that is located halfway between Arezzo, Siena, and Florence in the middle of Chianti. The estate is located on the slope of the hills that overlook the Chianti region. The farmhouse Costa is on the hill, just below the medieval Tower of Galatrona, symbol of the whole property. It is completely surrounded by chestnut woods and from the house there is a particularly evocative view of the valley.
The House Comprises:
* Raised Floor - entrance through a loggia, living room with an internal staircase leading to the kitchen, one double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with bathroom with tub, one twin bedroom with bathroom with tub.
* Ground floor - kitchen/living room with fireplace, TV and access to the garden, one twin bedroom with bathroom with tub.
* The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, and independent heating.
