  Took my wide a two kids (12 and 9). We loved the property! The Hawaiian temps are perfect for opening up the lanai and watching the sunset. LOTS of room on the beach and the lagoon is perfect for snorkeling. Michael and Vicky have beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach toys, even a cooler for you to use. Returning to the property from our excursions to Pearl Harbour, North shore, and the big island (volcano tour) felt like going home. Highly recommend!!!!

  We fell in love with these photos & sunset view, when we were searching for a vacation villa in Hawai'i for our family of 4........ the actual sunset is so amazing and the accomodations were very luxurious........beautiful bedrooms, (comfortable beds).....gorgeous tropical woodwork.....and an amazing kitchen, with top-of-the-line appliances......also nice to have a stackable washer & dryer........we loved that the glass doors/wall open completely to a large balcony......We spent every morning there, with coffee & the beautiful sounds of the birds...... and most evenings there with a glass of wine & the sunset........ this villa faces west, and is located on the outside of the beach tower, looking out at the surrounding lush greenery & amazing ocean views. Many of the others face the inside courtyards/pools & towers, and can be noisy & not as private..........we also loved that there are 4 beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels & even a cooler for spending the day at the resort lagoon, or to take along for a trip to Hanama Bay.........our daughters loved the snorkeling and saw many turtles & exotic fish in the resort lagoon........there are also 2 pools on the property......one is very fun for the kids, no deep end.....and surrounded by lava rock formations & beautiful winding lagoons & landscape.....we loved the 2nd... (quiet) pool, which was great for reading & sunning......also no deep end.......nice hot tub, there, as well.......parking is free and very secure, as was the entire building..........there is shopping & dining at the nearby Marriott resorts, and the town of Kapolei is just a mile or 2 away.....we stocked the kitchen at Safeway (found a great local wine called "Maui Blanc"), fueled at Costco, and had a great time @ Germaine's Luau....also, you must experience the Flea Market @ the stadium, lots of fun shopping, and Pearl Harbor is a must...we hiked to the top of Diamond Head, and took in that amazing view (sneakers or sport sandals are a must)........also drove the scenic drive around North Shore & dined at a "Shrimp Truck" that was delicious & fun!......We had a wonderful family vacation in Hawai'i......can't wait to return to Ko Olina, and that beautiful villa!.......Michael & Edwina were very helpful & welcoming.......we would recommend this villa to everyone........we did the price shopping with the other non-private resorts in Ko Olina, and this is an amazing value for everything that's included! You will not be disappointed

  We stayed at Mike's villa from April 20 through May 4th and enjoyed every day from sunrise to late evening on the patio or walks along the beach front. We can not wait to go back. Mike's service was excellent. The villas was as described and more. Ko olina resort entertained everyone and the beach lagoons are so inviting and relaxing. You can not compare this to the Waikiki beach were everyone is around you and you are lucky to find a place for your towel. Here you have plenty of beach, palm trees and grassy areas to spread out. We loved the spacious living area and the gourmet kitchen. The bedrooms on each side is an excellent layout as it gives individuals or couples privacy. It was nice to be only 1/2 hour from Waikiki for the great dinners, happy hours, night life and of course shopping. This resort is a great central area a drive to north shore or turtle bay was only 1/2 to 45 minutes. As other have mentioned everything you need is within 10 minutes (Costco, etc). Although the beach villas do not offer pool side food service there are two Marriott's within 3 minute walk or the market cafe-my son quickly adapted.

  The views from this pristine Beach Tower Villa are incredible. We enjoyed every inch of the resort- relaxing by the quiet pool, having drinks in the hot tub while watching the sunset, lunching at the outdoor restaurant next door, jogging the many miles of ocean view sidewalks, swimming in the lagoon, and enjoying dinner on the patio at Just Tacos and Roy's. We took a short drive to the North Shore and watched championship surfing one day. Another day we took the short drive to Waikiki for shopping, sightseeing and dinner. The drive along the southern coast to Maka pu'u Lighthouse is not to be missed- but requires a bit longer drive south of Waikiki- maybe 45 minutes? The Villa itself is top-of-the-line EVERYTHING. We will be back!

  We really enjoyed our week in this condo. There was everything you needed right at your fingertips. The view of the ocean and lagoon from the balcony was perfect. This is a great place to spend your vacation and te Ko Olina area has great beaches, places to walk or run for exercise and convenient places to shop with the ABC in the area. We are planning to return again soon

  We stayed in this unit from 8/7/2010-8/17/2010. Gated entrance, white sand beach, private Lagoons (the best lap swim; in the ocean); and a paved boardwalk for a nice run or walk! The lagoon water was calm and perfect for the kids to swim without the big waves sweeping them out. Perfect for Beach Lovers to relax on the white sand and Golfers' dream just across the street..... The resort was clean, quiet and parking was easy. Beach access was a couple steps outside and near was crowded. This unit has everything you need for your stay. A stunning sunset view, clean, and comfortable. We love the slider doors open to the lanai. Cook your meals with top notch appliances. The construction noise was never a bothersome to us. Near by stores: Costco, Starbucks, Target, Safeway, sushi, and a whole bunch of good restaurants just one freeway exit from the resort. We already recommended friends and family to stay here. The best stay we ever had in Hawaii and we definitely will come back! Michael provided us a 5 star service! Thank You for renting your condo to us!
