  You can sum up this beach house as cute, comfortable and clean, clean, clean! The fenced yard out back is a total bonus for a place at the shore, especially so if you are like us and wish to bring along your little four-legged family member to join in the fun. We've been here twice now, and we really feel that this is a special place in Ocean City. The owners are very nice people, too. They care about your vacation and make you feel like welcomed guests. Enjoyed it so much that we didn't want to go home when our time was up!

  Conveniently located to the beach and a very cozy beach house. We loved vacationing in the shore house, it was tastefully decorated, clean, updated appliances. Easy access to the boardwalk and downtown shopping. Loved the back yard it was convenient for the dog, he loved watching the activity in the alley behind the yard. The alley behind the yard made it easy access to the beach and pancake house that I visited much too often, they have the best pancakes and chipped beef. The beach was so clean..we loved it. We'll be back next year.

This is an Ocean City favorite in the peak summer season, as well as for our guests who enjoy the island during the fall, winter and spring seasons, too.

  This house is clean and comfortable. Nice amenities, like the deck and Weber grill out back, and the convenience of wireless internet. The location is close enough to all the fun, but removed enough from the big crowds to have a relaxing stay. Ocean City beach and boardwalk are the best of the best. Great choice for a summer vacation!

  We enjoyed having a real shore house instead of the typical OC condo. Very nostalgic! Having the deck out back with our own yard was very relaxing as the alley behind is quiet without many walkers or cars going by. The crepe myrtle and gardens with shrubbery along the back of the yard give a sense of privacy and pretty view. I think we spent as much time out back as we did at the beach! Grandkids could ride bikes right there while I manned the grill. Ice cream shop, convenience store complete with deli, and pancake house all right up the alley just a minute's walk. All the conveniences you could ask for are close by. The house is well-cared for and nicely appointed, so it does not have that feel of staying in a rental. Usually my wife does some cleaning before we are even allowed to unpack, but this home was very clean when we arrived. She didn't feel compelled to do a thing before settling in to start our vacation. I don't mind saying that we thoroughly enjoyed NOT having all the steps to climb up and down for a top condo, and also NOT having other people's kids running amuck overhead like you can get in a bottom condo. My wife has had knee surgery and the main floor living space at this home was perfect for her. The beach and boardwalk entrance has a very large and gradual ramp access on and off, and the pavilion right there was nice to sit and take a rest while enjoying the surroundings. We suggest getting up early at least once while on vacation to walk along the ocean in the wee hours of the morning. Beautiful!

  This is a great house and location. Everything is clean and neat. The decor is comfortable, fun and the use of space makes it easy to have a group together. Aunt Betty's Ice Cream is the best. Try the fresh waffles and ice cream, YUM!!!!!!! Even on the days that were chilly on the beach the back yard and deck was perfect for games and conversation. The outdoor shed was nice to put all the beach stuff in, so you're ready for the next day. My dad loved the easy access to the beach/boardwalk. It made it possible for him to stand in the ocean for the first time in 30+ years. The downstairs walkin shower worked well for him also. We plan on making this our yearly family reunion location.

  This house is the best maintained rental home that we have ever stayed at. All of the fixtures and furnishings were new. The house is a wonderful mix of a classic, cozy beach house but with updated decor. The short walk to the beach was a snap. We never had a problem with parking (something we always had problems with in O.C. before). With Blitz's Market and Uncle Bill's Pancake House on the next block there was no need to get in the car at all. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

We get many comments on how nice it is to walk up the boardwalk to the amusements so that you don't have to search for parking on busy nights or pay for those $20 lots up there!   This shore house is lovely--very comfortable and very clean. The location is an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk, Aunt Betty's big outdoor ice cream deck, and Uncle Bill's famous pancakes. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. It was so nice to have a cozy, private home in OC all to ourselves! This was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this one to other vacationers.

  The home has a nice decor and has anything you need for a home away from home. It is particularly dog friendly. The fenced in yard was very convenient; there were dog bowls in the kitchen for water and food; and there is a "baby gate" to confine a dog to the kitchen area if you so choose. The house is very convenient to the board walk, the beach, and Uncle Bill's Pancake House. There is plenty of parking. I highly recommend choosing this shore home for a vacation.

  Thanks for the fabulous vacation (week of July 24th, 2010.) Great shore house décor and location. The kids had so much fun riding bikes on the boardwalk to pick up donuts for breakfast, and of course they loved walking up to the amusements and food at night! We rode bikes or walked to everything the entire week. Blitz’s Market and Deli around the corner is very convenient. Oh, the one exception was the night out for dinner at the Crab Trap on the circle—got to recommend that place, too. Your beach is gorgeous!!! Even the walk to the beach is gorgeous with the stunning homes on 20th Street . And what can I say about the backyard? We didn’t even know they still had grass in OC—ha ha. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Hope to come back many, many times again.
