  Hi Amanda, We could not have asked for better weather and are thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Palm house is very welcoming and comfortable. We are especially loving the pool and the private backyard. The landscaping is also spectacular. This is a lovely part of Florida - great beaches, good shopping and restaurants. Libby's is a new favorite! Our thanks to you and Mike for helping make this such a great vacation. Mary Lynn

  The house is exactly like the sample photos, beautiful, very nice, comfortable and well located. Amanda, David and Michaell always very attentive and helpful. 100% recommended, would not hesitate to enjoy a vacation at the palm house,Sarasota. La casa es exactamente como la muestra las fotos, hermosa, muy agradable, cómoda y muy bien ubicada.   We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Palm House. The house is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Everything was ready for us to start our vacation as soon as we put down our bags and we felt at home immediately. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we were able to enjoy some really delicious meals at the large dining room table. I really loved the original terrazzo floors and the pretty pool, but I think one of my favorite parts of the house was the outside shower. Even on a cool January night it was so nice to rinse off after a night swim under the stars. A simply perfect vacation. We can't wait to return.

  I recently stayed at the Palm House for three months and can say, without a doubt, that it was one of the most enjoyable places I have ever stayed. It is a beautiful house with a clean, modern aesthetic. At the same time, it is quite comfortable and felt like "home" immediately. The wifi worked instantly and consistently which has not always been the case in other places I have stayed. Having a desktop and printer is also a very convenient amenity. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the beaches, many fine restaurants, and all other Sarasota tourist attractions. During my long stay, I explored Sarasota and the surrounding communities. I would unequivocally recommend the Palm House as the best place to stay in the area - I would never want to stay anywhere else. The owners were easily accessible by email or phone and promptly addressed any issues I had (only a couple) during my long stay. The photos and description in the listing are accurate but, in person, the house and landscaping are even nicer.

  Palm House is wonderful house, in a quiet location, convenient to the gulf beaches and downtown Sarasota. The house is clean and comfortable with a crisp, modern design. The owner, Amanda was helpful and quick to respond to all questions, and more than accommodating. The well kept grounds feature a delightful pool which was perfect for relaxing. All the necessary amenities are provided, as well as lots of local “insider” tips for dining and sight-seeing. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone wishing a relaxing stay in Sarasota.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in the Palm House just before Christmas last year. The house has been put together with great taste and furnishings, reflecting the stylish modernism of the owners. The grounds are also beautiful, very nicely landscaped with a pretty pool. We felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in and the location is absolutely perfect...close to the beaches and close to town.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  My five friends and I stayed at the Palm House to attend the festivities around a friend's wedding in Sarasota. The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the open space in the house to relax and talk, the kitchen was great and fully stocked with cooking tools, the pool was inviting, the beds were comfortable and we loved the mid-century modern decor. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Sarasota!
