A warm welcome to our sumptuous 6 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home which has been totally redecorated throughout (August 2010) by a professional design company, brand new appliances throughout including front loading washer with large capacity and matching dryer as well as brand new furniture and pillow top beds. Everything in our home is BRAND NEW!!
Quality and comfort has been our focus when decorating our home and if you wish to have all your home comforts and more with stylish well designed surroundings this is the vacation home you have been looking for.
Our home boasts 3 stunning Disney-Licious theme rooms for the children: choose from a spectacular Disney princess room where your own darling princesses can stay in Cinderella’s Carriage beds with wonderful full wall mural showing the princesses in a ballroom. For your boys there is a swash buckling Pirate room, where you can sleep on the high seas, or a fun packed Mickey Mouse room with professionally painted mural of Mickey and friends. All theme rooms have twin beds, cable TV and play stations or DVD players.
There are 2 king bedrooms, one with canopy bed and both have ensuite bathrooms. The third adult bedroom has a queen bed and all adult rooms boast 42 inch plasma televisions complete with cable TV.
There is plenty of living space for all the family, with 2 living areas, one with leather sectional and 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and DVD library and there is a formal dining room for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances complete with fridge with door ice maker and water, breakfast bar and breakfast area for casual dining.
Our Manhattan themed games room provides fun for all the family! Everything is totally new and includes 8 ft slate pool table, air hockey, foosball, soft tip darts, bar table and stools. We have also installed a 42 inch plasma television with play station, games, video chairs as well as a children’s play area for younger guests with complete with dolls house, train set, children’s table and chairs, books and toys. All this is fully air conditioned for your comfort. We also provide free high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the home.
The private pool and spa has a wonderful open aspect over a retaining pond area which provides a great place to relax and includes an extended screened lanai. There is plenty of outdoor furniture including Loungers, dining table and chairs as well as children’s outdoor furniture for smaller guests. Sit in the spa and watch the Disney fireworks whilst relaxing in the evening! (experience cannot be guaranteed).
We have included all home comforts, stunning decor, comfortable beds plus more to ensure your trip is truly memorable! We have also provided a pack and play, high chair, bouncy chair and stroller for those with young children.
Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theatre. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a five-star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home.
In addition to Walt Disney World being less than five minutes away from the resort, Universal Studios and Sea World are also close by - just 15 minutes away. There is also a vast assortment of golf, shopping, and dining options nearby.
We have a dedicated 24hr management company looking after our home and are on call 24hrs to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Provided are fresh linens and towels. However you must be aware that our home is a self catering environment.

My family of 5 stayed in this house for a week in August. I spoke with the owner several times before our stay and she was very responsive and friendly. My sister's family joined us for a few days and there was more than enough room for the 9 of us. I think the maximum number of 14 would be very comfortable. We had a minor problem while we were there (the entry keypad stopped working) and it was addressed promptly. The house is extremely well-equipped. We had a blast in the games room and the preschool-aged children loved all the toys. It was beautifully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. One of the best things about the house is that it is the last house on the street overlooking a preserve. So, there are only neighbors on one side and none behind you. We are returning to Disney and unfortunately, this house is booked. We haven't been able to find anything that comes close in terms of price, location, and amenities. Highly, highly recommend!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at the Disney-Licious Villa was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. The villa was very clean and is decorated very tastefully. The three themed rooms were a delight to our grandchildren and the master bedrooms are very spacious. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the very well equipped game room. I was surprized at how well the kitchen was supplied with all the dinnerware and glasses we needed with 12 people. We had a delightful stay and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and if we return to Orlando this would be the first property I would seek out. All photos on the site accurately reflect the property. Thank you so much for a great stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Overall our stay at the home was just o.k. After checking in we went to the house to relax and go in the pool. The heat for the pool was not turned on as promised and the pool was cold. That was the first disappointment. After that we went to the local Publix to get some food and snacks, when went back to the house to eat, most of the plates we pulled out of the cabinets were dirty and still had stuck on food on them. This was a real turn off. So we had to run all of the dishes, silverware, glasses and plates all through the dish washer before we could use any of them.The nights were cold while we were there and we had small children traveling with us(one recovering from cancer and somewhat frail) and the heat for the house has a lock out on it so we could not have the heat above 68 degrees. So most of us were uncomfortable with this. Another let down was the washing machine. It must have been left closed for quite some time, because it was moldy and mildew smelling. Most of us packed light knowing we'd have the use of a washer and dryer, but this turned out not to be the case. We ran it several times with our detergent to try to get rid of the smell, which we could not. Also ran bleach trying to get rid of all the mildew, but was not able to get rid of all of that either. This was a real let down. And ended up wasting time and money. Not to mention wasting time having to go shopping for the necessary clothing, because we couldn't use the washer. Also calling the management company seemed like we were an inconvenience to them, as they were not happy to hear any of our problems, especially about the pool heat. We were told we'd have to wait a day or two for them to get somebody over to us. The pool was finally warm the day before we checked out!!! All in all the house is very nice and there was plenty of room, but the management company is basically useless so you are on your own. Also the T.V. in the living room had a bad cable connection and it had a red film across the picture. We were not able to fix it. The management company totally ignored that issue when they finally stopped by 3 days after we arrived. The house was very nice and well equipped. We really appreciated the use of the stroller. The kids all loved the themed bedrooms and the game room. Overall, it was a great trip. Our families (4 adults and 5 children) had such a great time at this house. The themed rooms elated the children and they couldn't get enough of the pool and the play room. I have to say the play room was so well equipped that the kids didn't even miss any toys they left behind at home. Even the adults had some fun there. The house had everything we needed and more, I could not find anything negative about the house or our experience. Stephanie (the owner) was prompt in answering my questions and I appreciated her honesty. The proximity to the parks and main roads was ideal. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home. Our stay at this house was amazing. The two families (4 adults and 5 children) had everything we needed and more. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool or the play room and the adults enjoyed the clean and nicely decorated rooms. The proximity to the parks was ideal and we even managed to see fireworks on a couple occasions. The themed rooms, oh my how awesome! I really cannot find anything negative to say about the house or the owner Stephanie who was always available to answer my numerous questions.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a family reunion here involving four girls ages 5-9 and 7 adults (three couples and one single). The house was perfect! The girls loved the themed bedrooms and the game room was a great hit for one and all. The house has been designer decorated and everything was clean and lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that could be needed and more. Proximity to Disney and the community pool with "twisty" slide were real pluses. The house is on a corner lot at the edge of the gated community, so GPS instructions lead to a spot just outside a locked gate; it is important to follow owners directions to get there! I would recommend this house, particularly for large family groups.Recommended for: Families with young children.

This Villa was perfect for our family of 9! Extremely spacious and comfortable. The kids were blown away by the theme bedrooms. The game room was a lot of fun for our family. However, the pool area is where we spent most of our time. It was a great way to unwind after a day on the go at the parks. The pool area is very private compared to most, with only one house on to the side and a large green space behind. We could see some fireworks from the pool area on a few nights, but only hear them on others. The location of the Villa is extremely close and convenient to all of the Disney parks. The owners are very honest and warm people and a pleasure to deal with. Our family had an amazing vacation in Orlando and this Villa is a part of that. We are all looking forward to a time when we can go back to Orlando and we will absolutely stay in this Villa again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A great place for a family to stay and convenient to park entrance. Spacious and nicely decorated. Children loved the pool - we paid extra to heat it but maximum temperature was 86 in pool and "hot tub" which was merely an extension of the pool. Kitchen was sparcely stocked - more utensils, bowls, etc needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of linens. Very clean home. Highly recommend!Owner response: Thank you for choosing our villa, we are so pleased you had a wonderful time. Just a note to say that the spa works on a timer located on the wall near the pool info posters and has to be turned for the spa to heat up. We do have our property managers on hand and I wish you had contacted them or myself during your stay, as there is nothing like enjoying a dip in the spa after a day at the parks (especially nice with a glass of wine in the evening when the children are tucked up in bed). I hope this info helps future guests to fully enjoy all our home has to offer. We hope you will stay with us again when you are visting Orlando!

Just got back from staying in this beautiful villa, it was as stunning as it looks online. The rooms were amazing and the kids were in heaven in the 3 themed rooms. The pool was great, we paid for pool heat and it was a perfect temperature for october. The location is superb only taking ten mins to get to the disney parks. All the rooms are modern and stylish. This was our first time staying in a villa and it definitely won't be the last. Lovely!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We are a family of four who permanently live in beautiful BC, Canada. We immigrated to Canada just over 6 years ago from England and we are still in awe of our chosen home; the mountains, lakes and rivers never fail to inspire us. We enjoy the outdoors and vacationing and exploring together and are the proud owners of a hypoallergenic Cockerpoo named Cooper. We own and run our own marketing company and enjoy working together to build our business. Luckily for us we have other family who have also immigrated to Canada which makes living in British Columbia even more wonderful…there is nothing like family!
Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills:
I have vacationed in Orlando since I was 16 and thoroughly enjoyed visiting all the theme parks as well as enjoying all the stunning National Parks in the surrounding areas and beaches. I enjoyed the area so much that we even had a ‘Disney-fied honeymoon’!
We looked at many communities located around the theme park areas as we wanted a home where we could take our 2 little girls and enjoy the magic of Disney and Universal. Windsor Hills fit our needs perfectly as it was one of the closest communities to Disney (just a 5 minute drive takes you onto ‘World Drive’ where you can access all the Disney parks, and in 15 minutes you will be at Universal!) Windsor Hills is also a newer yet well established community with the style and polish you expect from a 5 star resort and yet is small enough to be able to walk around and use all its many amenities. The club house area is elegant and has lots to offer families: games room, large movie theatre, huge heated pool with water slide and very large private hot tub, shop, ping pong table, 3 children’s parks, lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball, lighted basket ball courts as well as a golf practice putting/chipping green. There is a Windsor hills shuttle to the parks and it is next door to the Mystic Dunes golf course (#2 rated golf course in Orlando) so golfers do not have travel far for a world class green.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
When we had our children we decided that hotels were not the way to go for maximum family enjoyment. They lacked the facilities and space we needed, and with having young children we were unable to fully enjoy our evenings (that all changed with having our villa as we can sit out, swim and enjoy the spa whilst our girls sleep safely with us on hand…everyone is happy).When we were looking for a vacation rental home one of our priorities was to have as much privacy as we could. Lots of the vacation homes in all communities are surrounded back to back and side to side with no privacy from direct neighbours. When our villa became available we were thrilled to see that it had only one neighbour to the side and open green fields at the rear which affords the privacy we so value.
Location in the community was also important. We wanted a home that we could easily walk to the club house and parks, which can be a little challenging with very young children. Our home was extremely well positioned and fit our needs perfectly as it is only a 4-5 minutes walk. Also we wanted a home that we could put our own decorating ideas into. Our home was empty (lots of new vacation owners inherit the old furniture and hence some homes look a little tired). We saw a great opportunity to bring in a professional design company and worked closely with them to create a home that is extra-special. We wanted our home to appeal to like minded families who see the value in having extra details: themed bedrooms for the kids and those young at heart and a fully loaded and air conditioned games room were a must. As well, a large open eat-in kitchen – and family room makes our home spacious and social. It also has a formal dining room and formal living room, so when we vacation with our extended family we all have plenty of space to spread out. The large pool with spa was also on our list and having a covered patio area makes the outdoor space so useable in the heat of the summer months.
