View is absolutely amazing! We had 2 families share the cabin and it was perfect size for us. Cabin was very, very well stocked with supplies (e.g. Towels, toilet paper, dish washing soap, hand soap, laundry soap, pots, pans, dishes, etc.). Only thing we had to buy was paper towels and garbage bags. Kids loved the pool table and the hot tub. Association swimming pool (water was a bit cold but kids didn't mind) was a short walk down a hill. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Great location too (by traffic light 10 in Pigeon Forge). We loved the cabin and would stay here again if we came back to this area.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Our 3 families had a terrific time at your beautiful home. Very clean overall and amazingly well equipped kitchen in particular. Great view of the Smokies. When we had questions (one before and one during our stay), we got immediate answers. Had a great time white water rafting nearby in Hartford TN and a wonderful waterfall hike in the National Park. Close to attractions/amenities in Pigeon Forge.... but not too close! Would return in a heart beat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

March 21, 2009 "Dear Driskill Family! What a wonderful cabin! Grandview indeed it is! We're here on a couples retreat called "friends forever." This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge, TN, but it will certianly not be our last! Your cabin is amazing. We found everything we needed and much more. Your cabin is very well decontaminated and made us feel right at home! It is our prayer that God will continue to bless you as you bless others with this amazing cabin! April 23-28, 2008 We have tremendously enjoyed our sojourn in your beautiful home. In 38 years of vacationing in this Smokies, this was probably the best vacation yet. We return home today to Ripley, TN, rested, refreshed, renewed, and ready to meet the opportunities that away us. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for our family to enjoy. July 21-27, 2007 Thank you very much for the use of your beautiful home. We had never been to this area before, so we weren't sure what to expect. When we arrived at your cabin we were amazed at how beautiful it really was. On this trip it was just my husband, three children, and myself, but next year we are making plans to bring the grandparents. Thank you again for letting us stay at your home! - The Vegely's (St. Louis, MO)"Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

June 14-17, 2007 "Dear Driskill Family, This was our first family vacation together and we really had a wonderful time. We, like others that have stayed here, are a Christian family and we appreciate the beauty that surrounds this cabin. We hope to come back again someday, maybe next year. God bless you and all that stay here. -From friends in Kentucky"Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

May 20th 2007 "Dear Driskill, We are the Chamberlin and Perry and Martyn Family from Wendell North Carolina. We came down here for my mother and stepdad's wedding (the Martyn's). We came to get away from our busy lives, also. The Grandview is a wonderful cabin. The view was amazing. The cabin was so peaceful and luxurious. We loved everything about this cabin. It was a perfect fit. We will definitely be visiting again. We have people from every age group (1-42) and everyone seemed to find something to do, and have a good time. I really don't know what to say. It was beautiful and for the three days we were here everything seemed perfect, like we have no care in the world.
