The condo is just a short walk to Moab's main street shops, restaurants, and bars yet is tucked away on a quiet street. A two-car garage and large driveway provide ample space to park all of your vehicles, bikes, and Moab toys. This unit has three bedrooms: One en-suite Master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV/DVD , one queen bedroom with flat screen TV/DVD, and a third bedroom with two twin beds (perfect for kids). The second bathroom with shower/tub is located off the hallway. The living room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV/DVD. There is also a queen sleeper-sofa in living room as well as a roll-away full-size bed. The dining room seats eight, with additional bar seating off of the fully-stocked kitchen.
There is a wonderful top-of-the-line private hot tub in the fenced-in back yard, as well as a Weber gas grill on the patio. New to the development is a shared four-season heated pool with changing rooms and showers. You can also sunbath on the adjacent outdoor patio. Moab has many sights and things to do, but the highlight of your trip just might be our convertible pool /ping-pong table!
Wireless internet and DIRECTV provided. Laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink for washing Moab's red sand off your hiking and biking shoes. Air-conditioned.

My two sons, my wife and I used this as a base to explore Arches & Canyonlands Parks in Summer 2011. It was a great choice. The property is large, well-equipped and in an ideal location within a short-walk on Moab town centre. My boys especially enjoyed the table-tennis table & the hot tub. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, while the living area is huge and has eveything you need. We ate out at the restaurants in Moab, even though the kitchen was open, modern and to a very high standard. Young or old, this house is highly recommended.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
