The condo is just a short walk to Moab's main street shops, restaurants, and bars yet is tucked away on a quiet street. A two-car garage and large driveway provide ample space to park all of your vehicles, bikes, and Moab toys. This unit has three bedrooms: One en-suite Master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV/DVD , one queen bedroom with flat screen TV/DVD, and a third bedroom with two twin beds (perfect for kids). The second bathroom with shower/tub is located off the hallway. The living room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV/DVD. There is also a queen sleeper-sofa in living room as well as a roll-away twin-size bed. The dining room seats eight, with additional bar seating off of the fully-stocked kitchen.
There is a wonderful top-of-the-line private hot tub in the fenced-in back yard, as well as a Weber gas grill on the patio. New to the development is a shared four-season heated pool with changing rooms and showers. You can also sunbath on the adjacent outdoor patio. Moab has many sights and things to do, but the highlight of your trip just might be our convertible pool /ping-pong table!
Wireless internet and DIRECTV provided. Laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink for washing Moab's red sand off your hiking and biking shoes. Air-conditioned.

Two friends and I rented this property for a week in April 2013. It was great! The description on VRBO is completely accurate. The condo is close enough to the center of town to easily walk to the restaurants and services on Main Street, the accommodations are just as nice as the pictures indicate, and everything worked (wifi, grill, hottub, etc). The owner was very kind and responsive to questions. They even paid to ship a forgotten ipod back to my residence in Indiana. Would definitely rent again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We go to Moab at least once a year and we've never been as pleased about a place as this one. I am not one for writing reviews but I thought I should share my enthusiasm. We had a large group - 8 adults staying at this rental and it was plenty big for all of our stuff along with bikes and other gear. The pictures in the listing don't do it justice. The rooms are large, two of the three rooms have access to the back yard and hot tub. The master room is very spacious and the bathroom is great! The kitchen can easily have five or six people in there at the same time and it's not too crowded. There is ample seating in both the living room and dining room areas. The location is perfect - easy access to Amasa Back, Arches, downtown, bike path and the pump track. The yard backs up to open space and it's perfect for dogs. I cannot say enough good things about this place - we absolutely loved it and will definitely return for future trips.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

I stayed at this condo on a brothers' adventure to explore Arches & Canyonlands Parks. The property is large, well-equipped and in a fairly good location relative to the shops and restaurants in Moab (1/2 mile to 1 mile walk depending on destination). The bedrooms are comfortable, as is the living and dining areas. The hot tub and the wi-fi were not working during our trip which was frustrating. It would have been nice to use the hot-tub after our long hikes. I notified the owner, and attempts were made to resolve, but unable to do so during our trip. As I indicated the owner did attempt to resolve. I would recommend this property for those making vacation plans to Moab.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed at this condo with my husband, 3 kids and in-laws. It was perfectly situated - walking distance to main street and a short drive to Arches. The condo had everything we needed. We came from Salt Lake City and so I had packed all sorts of things, but I didn't need to. All my groceries could have been purchased at the City Market (Kroger chain) at very reasonable prices, not inflated for a tourist town. The grill worked well, as did the appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer. I recommend this condo for a larger group. The kids played pool, ping pong and used the swimming pool which is a short walk down the street. Great stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My two sons, my wife and I used this as a base to explore Arches & Canyonlands Parks in Summer 2011. It was a great choice. The property is large, well-equipped and in an ideal location within a short-walk on Moab town centre. My boys especially enjoyed the table-tennis table & the hot tub. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, while the living area is huge and has eveything you need. We ate out at the restaurants in Moab, even though the kitchen was open, modern and to a very high standard. Young or old, this house is highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
