  This place had incredible view, plenty of room and beautiful yard. Would definitely return. Kudos to Brittany with her assistance in my last minute reservation. Property was well maintained.

  My family and I stayed here during the Labor Day weekend, and we really enjoyed the experience. Not only was the booking process easy (able to pay online with credit card!), but the preparation was simple too. I got a welcome package with all the access codes and information I needed via email, automatically. Also, the phone numbers I got for help with anything (air conditioning, cable TV, etc.) were good - I immediately got a response whenever I called. So all in all, the management was excellent. As for the house itself: - Cleanliness: Superb. I don't think this was a new house, but it felt like one. Everything was clean and put away in an orderly fashion. - Supplies: Plenty of towels and equipment. - Appliances: The dishwasher worked fine, as did the laundry machines. The only bump was that the toaster was so-so, one side didn't quite toast, but that's a minor issue. - Bedding: We weren't a fan of the sheets used, but that might be due to personal preference. The sheets and pillows were clean, so that was what really mattered. - Outdoor space: The gas grill outside was nice. It was a bit inconvenient that it was on the first floor, but the kitchen (prep area) was on the second floor. Given the layout, there's nothing that can be done about it, and it really isn't a huge deal, but thought I'd mention it anyway. There is no pool, but both the backyard deck, as well as the front terrace offers great views into Mission Bay, especially the SeaWorld fireworks. All in all, I'd definitely consider staying here again. It is a great home, in a great location.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This house was more than I had expected for a rental. Lots of upgrades to this older home. The finishes and furniture were very cool. Only the bathrooms had an older feel to them. The open kitchen/family room accomodated our group. The views of Mission Bay & Sea World are awesome when the weather is clear.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  I live in the San Diego area and brought my family here for the holidays. It was a great size and the back patio is outstanding. Kitchen is great sized and made family meals quite doable. View of the bay is also very nice. Small hiccups like the internet didn't work, and the security system glitched and beeped all the time.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

This guest contacted us after his departure to let us know about the problems his family experienced. We immediately set to work on the alarm, which required a new back-up battery that we replaced and it has since worked perfectly. We also sent out our tech guru to troubleshoot the internet that resulted in the installation of a new wireless router that offers support for a wider range of computers. Each of our guests are provided with our 24/7 customer service phone number, which we have to answer any questions you might have about our properties during your stay with us. Typically internet questions can be solved within a few minutes, but we occasionally need to send out our tech guru to get our guests online. Just call our guest services line and we'll take care of you! This is a wonderful home and we want to make sure your vacation experience is one that you'll remember with fond memories.   The house was great. Nice, neat, and roomy. The location was a big asset also. Close to the highway which made it very easy to get where we needed to go. The people at Nancy's vacation rental were very easy to work with.
